We had a spigot break during the cold weather, and it ended up leaking inside our house. It was incredibly stressful, but this plumbing company responded quickly and handled everything professionally from start to finish. They diagnosed the problem right away, explained what needed to be done, and repaired it efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure everything was fully fixed before leaving. We really appreciated how quickly they were able to stop the leak and prevent further damage. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable, responsive plumbing services—especially in an emergency!

My wife noticed our downstairs toilet was flushing slowly. I replaced the internal parts, but it didn’t help, so we called Sunrise Plumbing based on their consistently great reviews. Raven arrived on time, asked a few questions, and checked under the house. We have a septic system with a grinder pump, and he quickly found the problem—a broken connection and failed float valve. He gave me a written estimate, and after doing some research, I found the price to be fair. Most importantly, I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of the situation. He also suggested adding an alarm that would alert us if the float valve failed again, which showed he was thinking about preventing future problems—not just fixing the current one. Raven is a veteran, and we had a great conversation. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Raven and Sunrise Plumbing.

Raven with Sunrise was fantastic. From the start, everything was well communicated and fast or timely. I was extremely impressed with the whole process. I even signed up for Sunrises Monthly subscription and consider them my Plumber. They Did A install of a Gas Heater just days before our snow and ice and also did all that comes with the subscription. I highly recommend Sunrise and their whole team.

You have to call Matt at Sunrise Plumbing and Remodel LLC. He will be on time. Email professional reports and invoices. I’m in the Aquarium industry and I move a lot of water every day from service to retail. As well as protecting my home. Anytime water hits the floor Matt is the first call. He is responsive and great at communication. He will be our plumber for all our projects! He even inspected under my home and I found through his report that the last plumber I had used for 10 years was not good. I have pictures and video under my home thanks to Matt! Best $79 under home, inside home plumbing inspections, hose bibs, the water meter. He even fixes and installs all my gas lines for my Koi customers and plumbs my pond ATO’s for our custom ponds. Raven was service professional that came out to my house and I am so thankful for him as I had what I thought was a little issue ended up being a two day repair issue with many obstacles to overcome!! Raven came up with a call to action plan and implemented it and after two full days of service, finally my toilet/plumbing is working like it should be!! At my dad’s house, Raven installed a new toilet after clearly explaining my options and possible outcomes, and he found a solid solution to cover abandoned tub jets so they’ll meet home‑inspection requirements. At my house, he hydro‑jetted a section of the lines that had been previously recommended. He was on time, efficient, courteous, clean, and thorough on both jobs. Matt at Sunrise Plumbing was a lifesaver for us! We had a mysterious leak that appeared on New Year’s Day and we were having difficulty finding someone that could come out and look at it asap. Matt came within 30 minutes of calling and quickly diagnosed the issue as a pinhole leak in copper pipe. He was able to replace that section of pipe and resolve the issue within 2 hours. Extremely professional, affordable, didn’t charge extra for an emergency visit, and he cleaned up after the repair was made. I have had some not so great experiences with plumbers in the past, and I am SO relieved and grateful to have found a company that I can depend on.

Matt was amazing to deal with and was hours early for the job which was a good thing since we were without hot water for a couple of days. He was very professional yet laid back and had all the patience in the world to answer my questions. While most companies would try and push for replacing an older unit or "work" on things to charge for more time, he was in and out in a timely manner and also fixed our issue with a couple of new parts. I would definitely recommend Matt and Sunrise Plumbing and Remodel.

Matt was amazing! He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Matt came out to help us diagnose our water pressure and temperature fluctuation issues. Matt gave us two possible options, went ahead and worked one kink out on our visit and is giving us options for our other issue! I couldn’t be happier with my service and how friendly and trustworthy Sunrise Plumbing is! Wow! What a pleasant experience. Matt was incredibly professional, showed up right on time, kept my home clean and most importantly solved my issues! He was here several hours and changed my water pressure valve, replaced an outside spigot and then when in my crawlspace found that the contractor that remodeled my bathroom had not connected my shower drain!!! He showed me the pics! I couldn’t believe it and am lucky he found it. I highly recommend Matt and Sunrise Plumbing!

Highly recommend Sunrise Plumbing. We had a stubborn main sewer clog had backed up both our toilet and shower. After exhausting all the standard DIY fixes with no success we called Matt. He came out the next day, identified the problem and had our bathroom up and running again in just a couple hours. The price was very fair and Matt was exceptionally friendly and professional. We will 100% use Sunrise again in the future. 10/10

Very nice, very fast and good work from Matt. After seeing some of the work from other people out here i very much trust them with some future work i want done. They installed a new water heater prior to me buying a house and i just had them replace some old galvenized water pipes and he ran em in a much better way than the weirdos prior to him did lol.
