The sunny service technicians are very friendly, professional, and go above and beyond they check everything thoroughly and clean the drain lines. Replace my filter check the heating or cooling whichever service it is that they are performing. They have helped me with my thermostat before when I didn’t know how to do something on it and checked my gas connections to make sure they were OK. Rinse off the outside unit I just feel very comfortable that by the time they leave everything is working the way it should which is a big relief. I will always use them for my service in the future.

Michael Limon was punctual and after introducing himself, began servicing our hvac. Very impressed are we with him. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and even took pictures of how our unit is working. Our family highly recommends Sunny Services and Michael Limon.

CHASE AND DANIEL!! Let me tell you about how awesome these guys are! I had a huge water leak underneath my tub in the master bathroom that flooded my husband's closet. Chase came out assess the damage and figure out where the leak(s) were coming from. He gave me a quote, and we made an appointment to get it fixed. He and Daniel came out and got to work. These guys are top-notch, they knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it! They executed a plan with precision and with smiles on their faces! Chase and Daniel answered all of my questions and didn't hesitate to answer more! The work was completed quickly and efficiently and they cleaned everything up as if there were no problems at all! These guys are amazing! They even took the time to answer questions from my son who is autistic and chronically ill with kidney disease and lung disease. It meant so much to me that they genuinely care about their clients. Sunny Service, you have an amazing team... these guys deserve a bonus and a raise!

I have had a very good experience with this company on HVAC side but they are horrible when it comes to plumbing. With some credits applied to my review, I can only give them 2 stars combined. Also, it appears this company gives misleading information for promotions that they provide. I was told I am getting the best price for plumbing repairs but in reality I could find a much better deal, if I weren't putting too much trust to them. They obviously do not deserve much trust on plumbing side. They failed to take ownership of their mistakes, overcharged me and up until today they failed to fix the ceiling (pictures attached). With that said, I can't recommend this company to anyone.

Sunny Services installed my A/C unit on July 3rd and they said my loan installment is through Service Finance. I called Service Finance they said Sunny Services withdrew the application on July 15th. I have called Sunny Services atleast 10 times to this resolved. I dont know these guys are totally unprofessional. Hope they dont come back and say I have defaulted on the payment.

I want to give a huge shout-out to everyone I spoke with--from the outstanding customer service representatives to the upper management team. They took the time to understand my situation as a disabled veteran who was exposed to Sarin nerve gas during the Iraq War. Because of that exposure, I now deal with cognitive and speech impairments, PTSD, and other challenges that affect me every minute of the day. I currently need a caregiver for eight hours each day to help me manage daily activities. Because of my cognitive challenges, I know I can be difficult at times. If I can't express what's on my mind right away, I lose my train of thought and become frustrated. This is something I struggle with daily. I want to sincerely apologize to the customer service representatives--who are the first point of contact and such an important part of the company--if I came across as unprofessional at any time. It was never intentional. Having worked in the insurance industry for most of my career, I understand how critical that first impression is. I always trained my own employees to greet patients with a smile, offer water or coffee, and make them feel welcome. Sunny Services does exactly that in their own way. Their team makes you feel cared for from the very first moment, always asking, "What can I do to make your day better?"--and they mean it. I have also been extremely impressed with their HVAC service work. I first used them when they offered a Home Depot promotion over the summer. I expected a quick job, but instead they took their time, performed a thorough diagnostic, and explained everything clearly. My father--who lives two hours away--happened to be visiting that day. He was amazed by their professionalism and the level of detail they provided. He had almost no questions because Sunny Services had already explained everything so well. I want to thank the entire Sunny Services team for their patience, professionalism, and kindness. I know I can be hard to work with at times due to my disabilities, and I truly appreciate how understanding you all were. I used this company before with GREAT results (A tech named Brandon came and was great! Came out and checked both units and put in the filters I gave him. We talked about maintenance and he was out in under 2 hours. So I called them again for maintenance. Brandon came (a different Brandon) and he was professional and very nice. I just needed maintenance. I gave him the filters to replace the ones in my two systems. After inspection Brandon found that the pan was full on my down unit and the drain for it was plugged. He also said I would be charged double because I had two systems, while before I had regular price. The charge for two systems plus draining the pan was $300. I liked Brandon. The whole time Brandon was here doing maintenance he had the unit set at 68, it was very very cold!!! After Brandon left, I found the lower air was not working. I tried a few things with the thermostat and called Sunny and booked another (follow-up) apt. Jeremiah came the next day at 10AM. He was prompt and professional. He popped the thermostat off (which had not been done yesterday) and checked the inside unit. He then asked to look at the outside unit. He said the wiring was wrong on the outside unit and that when Brandon had fixed the drain, he had rewired it wrong. The unit was kicking on and then shutting off. Jeremiah called for advice from the company. I asked if a senior tech could come out and put it back the way it was yesterday when it was running great. Justin from Sunny called (who is a manager). He advised that it should be fixed and that it was rewired wrong. Lower unit is off and Jermiah is still working on it. I will update this review after they get it fixed and I do not have to call them back. Apparently when the system was "fixed" yesterday, but it was wired back incorrectly. After Jermiah worked on it (and rewired the outside unit), the air appears to be fixed (Thank you!!) but the thermostat appears to be stuck on a higher number. I asked him if a sensor could have been damaged when he popped it off, but he said it just needed to sit in the cool air for a while to register (he was here for at least a half hour and it did not go down). Update: I set the system on auto and it seems to be working for now. Took 4 hours to work. I did asked the manager for comp for the extra day due to the error in wiring and extra day of work and have not heard on it. Final analysis: No one with senior skill levels. Professional and nice young techs. This not only cost me the $300 but two days salary. If I was a rich person I would pay for them to have a few days training.....they have the soft skills and are very good people, just need more comprehensive tech skills.

We had a very old unit, 12 Seers I believe, that needed to be updated. We went through Costco and they sent out Sunny Service. I am more than pleased with the professionalism, price, and attention given us by every person involved in new installation. During our consultation, Brendon walked through the house and did measurements of every room and calculated the correct size we needed for our new unit. No one else did this, and his size was the smallest of the quotes(and smaller than what we had) we had gotten from other places. He was so patient with me. When I was concerned about his measurement being the smaller of the units quoted, he had another gentleman come out and remeasure, coming up with the same size. I can not stress this enough, MAKE SURE YOUR CONTRACTOR MEASURES BY DOING A MANUAL J / MANUAL D AS REQUIRED BY THE ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) Brendon did everything to regulation standards. And I can say, even though the other contractors all said this size was wrong and wouldn't work, it has. It is very common to get too big a unit because they don't take the time to measure like it is required. We also decided to have our duct work redone. Ended up they moved the location of the new unit in the attic to make it more accessible, hung it, and made a new vent hole. I was surprised by how much extra work they ended up doing for the original quoted price. There was never any communication problems and they wore masks and shoe covers. Of course during installation is such extreme heat of an attic, they can't wear masks. Not a problem for me. They are not perfect, they are human. A knee went through our ceiling and a step on our old wooden ladder broke. But they are taking care of it and I get a new ladder that's up to code, so even the bad is a win for me. They did miss cleaning a couple of rooms, but what they did clean was very clean. You can tell this company has great work ethics and cares about their reputation. I will be recommending them to others.

I had a very bad experience with Sunny Service. I paid them to come and clean our ducts and to install a UV light in our coil to disinfect the air. My wife has battled mold toxicity for the past couple of years and wanted to clean our ducts as one more precaution in helping her get better. Jerry Byrd was our salesmen and in his defense, he was the only good thing about Sunny Service. When the crew came to clean my ducts, they did not lay down any protection on any of my furniture and they emptied out decades of crud and dirt onto my couches, my beds, mine and my wife's office furniture and equipment, our kitchen counters and cabinets. Then they half attempted to sweep the floors as the clean up. I spent HOURS after they left cleaning the house, washing the sheets and cushions etc. I spent almost $1,000 to have my ducts clean to help my wife's health issues and they took the things causing the health issues and dumped them all over where we lay, relax and sleep. I called our salesmen Jerry and asked him if that was normal and explained everything to him. He said that it was ridiculous and that he would be sending an email to his management to explain the situation. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing, so I called Jerry back for an update and to see how they would handle the situation. Unfortunately Jerry did not answer and no one from the company every called me back. I would not recommend Sunny Service. Their communication was terrible, had techs showing up at my house while I was at work the day before saying they were there for the job, after I had just spoken with the office 1 hour earlier. They did not install the correct UV filter in my coil and there was no price correction. Overall very bad experience.

Avoid this company if you need plumbing services. My issue is not the price — it is the lack of professionalism and incorrect diagnosis. They charged $1700 for leak detection, which I would gladly pay if they actually found the leak correctly. But they didn’t. The technician Daniel claimed the leak was in one location without showing any proof: • No pressure test • No leak detection equipment • No photos • No sound demonstration He then cut multiple sections of my drywall and even cut open a pipe. Later we discovered that pipe had absolutely no leak, and it was located on the opposite side of the house, completely unrelated to the real problem. Because I didn’t trust their diagnosis, I called a licensed plumber for a second opinion. The second plumber performed a pressure test, used professional detection equipment, and even let me hear the leak location. He then repaired the actual problem. Total cost: $7,000 including digging and restoration. Sunny Service’s estimate was: • $17,000 to reroute 15 feet of pipe • $40,000+ to dig and repair And those prices did not include wall repair or backfilling. Because of their mistake, I now have to spend $3,700 just to repair the drywall and pipe they damaged. Customer service was also frustrating. The front desk staff were polite, but I had to call three days in a row just to reach the manager. They only responded after I mentioned contacting a lawyer and posting a review. We had scheduled an appointment as members several weeks in advance for biannual check/maintenance. We get a call after 9pm the day before the scheduled visit that they would not be able to come for there visit and wanted to reschedule. There are several issues I have with this and I will list them: 1) We spent $204 in November to become members which is supposed to have priority. Such a waste of money and I will try to get at least some of that back 2) My wife and I were sleeping as it was a Monday night and we get up very early for work. Being half awake after picking up the phone call, the last thing I want to do is come up with is another day for them to come. 3) After agreeing to call back the next day to reschedule, it has been over a week and I have not heard from them yet. 4) It is very difficult for us to schedule appointments when they are available as the window of hours they offer require one of us to take off work. 5) I find it very difficult to trust a company that waits until the late night before a scheduled visit to be present in the future if an emergency visit is required. They have gone way down hill. I hope to come to some agreement to mutually part ways by being reimbursed the membership fees in which committments they have not honored. Update6/1/26: The feedback is not important apparently. I still have not heard back from the company. I called about my experience and the inability to follow through with commitments. They said they would call back and never did.

Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthiness. Rare words these days when describing a business. All these and more define my experience with Sunny Service. They were the second plumbing business to diagnose a leak on my property. I was unsure if it was irrigation or slab, but my water bill said serious leak running 24/7, somedays 800 gallons. Geezuss take the wheel. The first company determined it was a slab leak. Was going to charge me $400 to run a test, then estimated the repair between $10k and $15k. I called them to diagnose the issue, but they didn't bring the equipment. Told them Sunny was coming @noon, but they could return @2pm if Sunny didn't find the issue. Called Sunny to make sure they camed prepped to do a full diagnosis. They showed up promptly and prepared. They first checked the house. Well, whaddayaknow, it wasn't the expensive slab leak the other company said it was. They checked the irrigation system. Yep, I had a line leak. Was told it wasn't their wheelhouse, though they could fix it, they suggested I hire an irrigation specialist and save money. That was twice they showed just how honest they are in not taking advantage where clearly another had. I had a separate plumbing issue I let them takle. Paid them, bought them lunch, hired an irrigation company that fixed the leak. Thanks to Sunny services, my next water bill won't be jacked up. Have a great day. Need an honest plumbing company? I purchased & installed two lennox HVAC units (upstairs and downstairs) in July 2022. My recent experience was very disappointing. The technician made the unit running but he was unclear and inconsistent about pricing for the part- initially describing it vaguely as "a couple of hundred dollars," then quoting $493 while the actual market price is under $50. Labor was quoted at $244. Although, the part was covered under warranty in my case. What if I was not covered and had to pay $493 for the $50 parts. I am concerned about the lack of transparency. I specifically requested that the invoice include the actual part name and price, with the cost voided due to warranty, So I would have proper documentation for future reference. The technician agreed, but the final invoice did not include any detail about the part or pricing. This also raises an important concern- if the replaced part fails again, how will it be covered under warranty without proper documentation showing that it was installed and when? To make matter worse, when i called customer service to report the issue, the response was dismissive and no real effort was made to resolve my concern. Overall, the experience raises serious concerns about pricing transparency, documentation, and customer service. I recommend others for clear, written estimates and detailed invoice before any work.

I can’t rate lower than this, thus a single star. Never seen such an unprofessional company that rips off people with ease. Our tankless water heater gave up on us few days ago and I called up this company. They sent a professional. To begin their service call fees was way more than many companies. They charges $276. Later the technician tried fixing our water heater. At one point he installed the water plumbing valves (attached image) which could be bought at $15 a piece but they charged me $600 for two and the labor charges combined charged me $1030 (on top of the $276 service call fee). The worst part they couldn’t fix the problem, later suggested to replace the water heater. I then looked at Home Depot website which I found for $925, which the technician tried selling me for $6000. I am thoroughly disappointed and they never bothered to call me for their post service. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company. Beware ya’all, you would be digging deep into your pockets if you go with them and a sticker shocker is guaranteed for life!

Updating Review - for Current Service (4-9-26)to replace a small component under manufacturers warranty. Again, Abdul was my tech ... he is Great, Always! Sunny Service Always has Highly qualified, trained, great communication skills of All individuals with whom we deal with - office staff, Abdul, and Casey, and all others ...although do miss Austin too. :) Please ADD Abdul to Our 'requested' tech for future visits/diagnostics - very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. ...use to have Austin listed however he has taken another position, now change to Abdul please. ...Update: Sunny Services technicians/installers just completed installation of a new Lennox furnace system (10-30-24) replacing previous one that was nearly 20 years old. The installers who accomplished this work, in less than 5 hours, were Alfonso M. and Julio S. They were great, easy to ask questions of and very knowledgeable/efficient. Once again, Thanks to Sunny Services in having top-notch people working with and for them.
