As expected It was good. Your man was a professional. & polite.Proir to the service he gave me clear understanding of what my options were. Thank- you for having a common faulty “oil pressure switch”in stock so as to make it next day on the schedule to complete the service. Kyle got it started & I got there later & he caught me up . Told me the battery needs attention, I addressed it that afternoon. Please review The pictures I sent you. Three things that make you all the Good guys Joe in office The BEST to get the tech out. The helper man polite and was good with answering my line of questions. Kyle ‘s good on the follow up that I understand his start up & the Company sticker as an immediate notice of date of last service & techs name in good spot inside the Generator for future maintenance. My oil furnace stopped working for me and in hast i picked these guys because they were local. I appreciated that when i called i spoke to a person instead of a computer system. It wasn't to bad as far as weather and i have additional heating sources but i needed service within a few days. They were able to come out that day which was nice. The technician was pleasant and had a apprentice with him; all good in my eyes. I am only giving them 2 stars because of the cost. I had to get a motor replaced which i spoke with 2 different hvac guys and it seems like $1200 was more reasonable. It was a high pressure situation to sign up for their membership otherwise prices were 25% higher if you dod not sign up. I would not use them again as i felt they were priced way high and pressured me to sign up for membership. It ended up costing me 2k to fix the issue and while i appreciate they got the job done the next day im pretty sure i significantly overpaid. One worker, one apprentice, a $400 part and a cleaning dont justify 2k to me. In summary they got the job but charged an arm and a leg.
Concerned on recent call for service- company sells product Aerus Air Scrubber and installs on my furnace but when service check is needed it has No valid billing code! Tech charges an arbitrary amount and has gall to lists bogus claim for service on an invoice! Makes no sense! Calling in to check - Representative Tucker assures me I receive the lowest cost associated with service charges. Questionable for 25 min of look/see- technicians were pleasant however, their hands did not even get dirty. A long standing customer who feels their long standing reputable company is going in a different direction- Degraded! Sad, state doing business with them! No help or discounts given!
