I can't say enough good about this plumber. We came home on a Saturday evening from an out of town trip, only to find water gushing up from a leak in the underground water line near our back gate. I called Storey Plumbers and they were out within an hour. They were courteous and professional, and got the leak repaired in just a couple of hours. The cost was also quite reasonable, especially considering it was a Saturday night and not during regular business hours. I won't hesitate to call them again the next time I need a plumber. Highly recommended!

Showed up a day early without any kind of notice or heads up. Then shut my water off for the entire day. I work from home and they interrupted several calls with clients by banging on the door repeatedly. All of that is annoying, yes. But what really takes got me was them leaving fecal matter water all over bathroom and hallway. The same hallway my children and I walk on. The complete lack of respect for my home was really disappointing. Their response to the unsanitary mess was for me to "be patient" and they'll clean it when they're done. Which they absolutely did not. The only reason they got two starts out of me is because the job itself seems to be completed. But any plumbing company in town has the capacity to accomplish that. This company had a complete lack of respect for me and my home. Make sure you find a company who is considerate and has people skills. This company did not.

Storey Plumbing fitted us in on an emergency basis when our first plumber did not turn up to do the job on the date arranged. What we needed was a big job, as we had no water to our washing machine in the garage and our laundry was piling up.... They put in Pex pipe from the kitchen to the garage going thru the attic and also repairing and stabilizing a toilet and broken sink drain pipe by going under the house and also thru the wall in our kitchen, which unfortunately was necessary. Joe and Tyler and Nate and Gabby were very pleasant, efficient, worked hard, reduced the mess to a minimum and did a good job and did it right! We are thankful and impressed with Storey Plumbing service and giving you a 5 star recommendation as you deserve it. Thank you!

Just moved into a new (older) home that need some plumbing repairs. Called Joe on my realtors recommendation and boy was that the right call. Joe came right out on and we went over everything and he zeroed in on exactly what was needed. They were able to come out in a couple of days on Friday to do the repairs. WOW! Was I impressed. Joe showed up with two additional people and BOOM-BOOM-BOOM they hit the floor running. Very seldom do you see such work ethics. These guys hustled the entire time they were here. Wrapped up the repairs in little more than an hour. They were fast, efficient and clean all at a reasonable price.

I called Storey plumbing due to my line in the back yard being stopped up. A young man came out in just a short amount of time. He was very professional and took care of my issue at a reasonable rate. I will definitely be using them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Storey Plumbing fixed my gas leak a few months ago and today they fixed my AC water leak. Very good people and very awesome work done. Very recommended.
