Always available when I need them. Great customer service and very reasonable.
We needed immediate service. All others were unavailable. The team rolled in and quickly repaired our clogged pipes for a very reasonable charge. Thank you Starlite!
Jason and his team have done a great job on several plumbing projects on our property. Pleasant, professional, personable, experienced and knowledgeable with fair prices. Definitely would recommend them!
Save your money. I have nothing positive to say about my experience. If I could give them half a star, I would.
WARNING!! Our water was off. I had two other plumbers who were willing to come out and do the necessary repairs but Starlite was the first arrival so I went with them. Upon presenting their bill, I was told that I was charged 150/hour from the time that they initially headed to my house, while they were gathering supplies and materials plus the actual time of repairs. They did the repair within an hour so I was hoping that my bill would be 150+ parts. That wasn't the case. I was charged almost 400. Customers should be aware of their billing parameters bcuz I was not aware until the bill was presented. Plus they used different materials without discussing this with us first. Additionally, their man wasn't very consumer friendly.
