Blake is great. Cakes late afternoon after the city had drug their feet on a water main break and he was able to come out within an hour and begin working. Two hours later it was fixed and water back to the house. Thank you guys.

Grrrreat! Finally! I don’t know about anyone else in Grayson County but we have a real tough time getting folks to return calls and accept service work! After being stood up 3 times in 2 days for a simple dishwasher installation, Blake restored our faith in humanity! Not only did he actually take my call at 8PM, he SHOWED UP the very next day with a great attitude and willingness to lend a hand! We will definitely call him again in the future! Great communication and he did what he said he would do for a fair price!

Blake is easy to communicate with. He understood my issues with a water line leaking under the concrete slab. He was able to fix it better than it was originally installed. The entire big job was done in one day. His helper was very knowledgeable also, and they cleaned up the mess, which I figured I would have to do. The price of the job was very competitive with other plumbing companies. He actually was cheaper and still did an amazing job. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He is busy but makes time for people when they are in a bind.

Don’t use Blake. The worse experience ever. We own a VRBO and Texoma and Blake told us you would be headed to our rental, 2 to 3 hours later no response. Guest were waiting on him. No text no phone call sent straight to voicemail. We ended up having to call a different company for a late evening emergency call and they took really good care of us We had use Blake last year , and I thought it was a fluke because he did the same thing to us last year but at the end somewhere around 9 PM Blake showed up and actually completed a job last year so I figured we’d give him a second chance but it seems like this is typical Blake do not use run from his services unless you wanna have no-shows constantly Why even answer your phone if you can’t even show up for a call

After calling multiple "highly-rated" plumbers online to deal with an emergency situation for my 87 yr old grandmother, Blake was not only the only one to answer his phone, but he did so while working underneath someones home in 100 degree heat! Long story short, he and an assistant were at our home within an hour, completed the job perfectly, and even hooked up appliances and disposed of the old without hesitation or charge. They were extremely professional, very polite, and we will certainly use them again! TOP NOTCH BUSINESS!
