No sympathy from Star Rooter, no negotiations allowed, $5800 over estimate - Joe upset that we would even ask for consideration on price- bummer! Had to ask for return to leave worksite clean. Made to feel like we were fortunate Joe would return as it wasn’t his crew …”

“Both my neighbor and I live in a 2 unit duplex cottage built in 1924. The pipes were super old galvanized steel pipes and water pressure was horrible due to the many decades of built up sediment. Josh and his team came and replaced ALL the pipes with copper pipes, all the way to the street water line. Water pressure has significantly improved. Josh is great and a has an amazing crew.
