Also the company would not provide me with an itemized bill after repeated attempts to obtain one. I had been satisfied with Stahl's services in the past so this was unexpected. “About 10 days ago a Stahl technician assessed a leak that seemed to be coming from my water heater but maybe from the furnace beside it. He said the 2019 water heater was indeed leaking and had to be replaced. A few days later and $1700 out of my pocket, the leak was still there. Today another Stahl technician found the leak was coming from my furnace! I am furious! The $1700 expense was not necessary I am sure!”
