“Had (two) over-flowing toilets situation on a Sunday afternoon. Did an internet search, found Spotless Plumbing, called and Rafael answered. Said he could be over in 15 to 20 minutes. Pretty sure he was at the house in less than that. Rafael quickly evaluated the situation, figured what it would take to clear the clog, gave a fair quote and did the job.”
