Speedy Clean Drain & Sewer

Will only use speedy clean from here on out! Every drain in my lower level was flooding with filthy debris. I called Speedy Clean and the lady on the phone was very helpful and able to send people to my house within 2 hours! Nik and Byron showed up and were very professional and very knowledgeable. They immediately put me at ease about such a big/messy situation, because after a quick assessment they knew the problem right away and had it fixed and cleaned up, FAST, leaving my house smelling like it was professionally cleaned. Which was a far cry from how it was when they arrived. Very impressed with such fast, professional services, on top of it the price was very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with Speedy Clean. Ashley answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. She got everything scheduled quickly and made the whole process easy. Derek and Dylan came out to take care of my sewer drain, and they were awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained what was going on, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Highly recommend Speedy Clean if you need fast, reliable service!

Speedy provided exceptional service at a fair price. Kaden was extremely prompt and professional-clearing multiple clogs in an hour. Communication was excellent and the job site was left clean. We could not have been more pleased.

The employee was quick to get here and very personable. No issue with him, he would get 5 stars alone. However the pricing seems... Not great. Even taking into account it was on the weekend, it seems pretty high due to charging for their driving time. As a customer it doesn't seem like a great policy when weekend rates are already over 300 an hour, like I feel that should be already taken into account with that price. A 315 an hour job only taking an hour to do but costing me 470+ because their office is 10 minutes away feels wrong. I will not be calling again. I will state they do warn you you are charged for their drive time, but in many cases like today we didn't have a choice cuz other companies were over booked or didn't see our situation as enough of an emergency, and we have no way of knowing how long they will take for even simple jobs.

We’re having our sewer lateral replaced/moved, and the company that we originally had run a camera did a less than stellar job. At the suggestion of our sewer replacement guy,I called speedy to get a better idea of the condition of the pipe, and depth. Joey came out the next day and did a fantastic job! Called ahead to confirm. Showed up, marked and listed the depth of the existing pipe. Very friendly and knowledgeable and ended up saving us a good amount of time and headache. The work was done at a more than fair price also. I’d highly recommend Speedy! Edit to add, when I called the lady that answered was also extremely helpful and very friendly
