My tub was clogged and my landlord called this company. These gentlemen were efficient and friendly! 10 minutes and my tub drains beautifully! Thank you
It’s hard to find good service these days. We had toilet clogged couple times by my father and because of his mobility and senior challenges at 91 he can’t make it to another floor in time to get to another restroom in house. Mike was excellent both times in coming to fix the problem quickly. Mike was great to work with and standup guy. Just wanted to post a shout out that would highly recommend to call them.
Needed someone quickly to help with sewer backup. Appleton Drain and Sewer arrived within the hour and had everything fixed within 30 mins! This happened on a Saturday so, the cost was a little higher than weekdays but, still less expensive than another local company. It's a crappy job so, I get why they charge what they charge. Someone has to do it!
Didn’t receive an invoice after original work. Even got a call from the company stating that they had issues with emails getting through and asked if a paper copy would work best. Never got anything. Then he texts with an updated price that’s 75$ more than originally discussed without ever sending me my original invoice.
Mike and his co-worker were very timely, thorough, and professional. Our kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and bathtub were draining slowly and now are free flowing. My wife is smiling everytime she runs them. Mike S.
