David and Joe were wonderful!!! They asked and offered to come early which was perfect. They got the job done in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait all day. They were very professional! Quality efficient work and kind people! Solid plumbing, solid people, solid work!!!! True Professionals!!!!

Kenny was extremely professional in fixing my water heater. It was leaking from the supply line, and he not only repaired it quickly but also went out of his way to clean up the mess. He explained what caused the issue and gave me tips on preventing problems in the future. He’s the kind of employee who clearly cares about his work and his customers, and honestly, I don’t think they pay Kenny enough for the outstanding service he provides. While I do wish corporate would be more fair with pricing, this plumbing service is still the best in town at the time of this review. I recommend booking during the day shift—it saved me money compared to the overnight shift. Kenny got the job done quickly, professionally, and with great customer care. Wishing him and the team nothing but the best!

Our property management company had Solid Plumbing come out to take care of our toilets, so I can't speak to pricing, but we were very pleased with their work. Dispatch was very friendly and got us on the schedule the next morning. Our plumber, David, called to let us know he had finished up his previous job early and to see if we were available for him to start work. He was very courteous, friendly, communicative, and efficient. We have working toilets again and are very grateful. Thank you!

Because when the plumber left the situation was worse than when they got to my residence. The owner Chris called my wife, my daughter, and me liars. Rachel was rude and called us liars. Chris told my daughter "We were taking away from his technicians," by asking for a refund because the work wasn't done. Chris said "we have lost a plumber for life." This is not how you do business especially after I had been a customer for over 10 years. We were told that we denied access to our home and backyard. Finally the second female person had no customer service skills by calling my daughter "Honey" and informing my daughter the female had been doing customer service for 30 years.

Unhappy because we paid for them to come fix a plumbing issue. It wasn't fixed all the way because they needed a camera they didn't have with them. I was being charged by the hour $189 and didn't want them calling and waiting for someone to bring the camera. I was told we could make another appointment at the $189 an hour plus the $275 camera fee. Documentation they left even said they couldn't do anymore due to not having proper equipment. Reached out to them via email and phone (over a week ago now) and never received a reply. Our experience wasn't great and we feel like we paid for something that wasn't taken care of.
