B&E Plumbing Services LLC

I called another plumber who wanted to halfass the solution to my water leak and charge me 10 grand, then after giving me the estimate and saying they could start immediately, went on vacation. So I called B&E. They were out the same day (no charge for an estimate) and actually found the leak and fixed it all at once, all for a fraction of what the other guys quoted. AND did another quick job without any fuss. Love these guys, would give 6 stars if I could. Maybe 7.

Absolute professionals! These guys came in and saved the day when the water heater in my rental went out. Troy and Colton were the techs who helped remove and replace the water heater. They were friendly and professional. Alisha and the gentleman she was with (I didn't catch his name) were both wonderful to work with as well. I highly recommend this company!

I would not ever use this company. When my house was built less than a year ago. We have had nothing but problems. Then we try to get a water softener. They did not install the plumbing for a water softener. Now we are having to pay thousands of dollars to get one installed. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I will be posting this on face book to. Also the head plumber had told me if I bought a citrus wet softer he would install it he never came back. So now. I have a water softener that I can’t use. So if any needs one at a discounted price let me know on face book.

My warranty company assigned B&E. B&E never contacted me and would not answer or return my calls. I do not recommend this company!

I called and the owner was very thoughtful and wanted safety for my gas line. Troy and the owners son were very polite and willing to show me what they were doing. The green solution showed bubbles smaller and the psi went down slightly. Each time Troy tightened it and then left on no more than 20 minutes instead of the hour to detect smaller leaks. They were so friendly so I put on me and distraction that hot water heater was not turned back on. They came back out and had to turn the gas on. Then when it was time to run the heater they had not turned that back on. My physical symptoms returned when after weeks I closed my windows with dizzy and apneas skyrocketing I kept the heat on but opened windows and only slight improvement so I turned off heat. I called and asked the owner to explain what they did as my trust demolished after they dealt with bubbles by tightening the connection to my meter and had to pay to have my heater turned on. No response in 2 days. They got their 250 and they are done. For those 2 who had honest reviews, I will read all before choosing. Communication and making good on your word does not exist.
