“I have had a few highly disappointing experiences with Smith and Son Plumbing. Debbie, the secretary, is extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite me specifying my availability, she repeatedly scheduled plumbers at times I couldn't be home, then blamed me for missed appointments to my property manager. “I had a really great experience with Smith and Son plumbing! when they came out to fix a leak in my yard. They showed up on time, were easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what was going on before getting started, which I really appreciated.
