I had an emergency last night and at 10:00 pm Austin came out and took care of the problem. The tenant was impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. When I called to settle the bill the next morning Susie answered the phone and was also professional and pleasant. This company has always been my go to whether it is my home or another property. I recommend them.

Pat & Zach came to camera my sewer today to see what caused sewer backup this past January. Pat & Zach discovered I have cast iron pipe and the issue was roots. The roots were cut out the camera showed no other issues. I received a copy of the video as proof. I’m so thankful for Pat & Zach for their expertise, knowledge and professionalism! Tommy did an excellent job cleaning out my main drain. He was quick, efficient, very informative, on time and didn’t leave a mess. The best! Will request him the next time!

Our main drain was backed up into our basement. I gave our usual plumber a call and they recommended Smith's Sewer Service. The reception team quickly got my on the schedule for the following Tuesday afternoon. By 4:30pm Tuesday I had not heard from anyone, so I called in. The first receptionist disconnected the line (I'm assuming by mistake) and then failed to call me back. I called in again and got a different receptionist and he confirmed someone was still coming out. It was pretty late before we got someone, and it ended up getting pushed out another day due to needing additional equipment. Wednesday afternoon, Jordan and Gunner were able to jet and Camera the sewer drain remove the build up and tell where the problem area was. Their clean-up was very thorough, and they were both friendly. It was recommended to have a full sewer replacement, but when I got some quotes, I did get advice not to replace the sewer since this was our first issue in 9 years, and to just do regular preventative maintenance instead. Overall, happy with the services provided by Smith's, but the hiccups are preventing me from giving the full rating. Make sure you get multiple opinions when it comes to the big stuff.

The young man who came out was very nice. It is a basement toilet and he had to carry equipment up and down stairs.The weather was very bad and they were down 2 technitions! He had to come at the end of the day and looked exhuasted, but did the job in a polite and friendly manner. I was thankful to have the job done. I hope he got overtime.
