I’m an active real estate agent who just sewer scope inspection with the technician named Josh! I could not have been more impressed with the professional nature in which he conducted the work ,explained every step and overall did a fantastic job.

Just had a five-star experience with Roto-Rooter. I have a 100-year old house with plumbing issues, and need a sewer cleanout about once a year. I’ve been using Roto-Rooter for several years now, and my tech today Josh was top notch. Excellent communication from start to finish. They let me know they were coming, were on time, courteous and tidy, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Josh suggested a few things that will help with maintenance and prevention, all much appreciated.

Josh and Jordan were exceptional. Despite having seven years of plumbing maintenance experience, they demonstrated a unique solution that I had never encountered before. I have had amazing service and I want to give a huge shout out to the plumber Rome they have on staff. He has performed above and beyond expectations every time his service has been required. His mechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate with the customer of what repairs are needed from a plumbers stance have been well above normal mechanics. He goes above and beyond in all aspects that I would expect from someone in the field. He has always kept his site clean whether it be a water heater install to cutting into a cast pipe and installing a clean out/inspection point, his service has never left me wanting for anything. I can't think of another company I would ever call with such an exceptional plumber on hand.
