Skis plumbing went above & beyond in customer service. Located the leak quickly & took appropriate action to resolve issue. Even came back next day to inspect leak was fixed. Unusual in today’s world.
We had a clogged sink as well as a leak right before the weekend, I called Chris and he said he would be able to stop by on Monday. He helped give me some recommendations to get us through the weekend until he could get there. He communicated his arrival time via text and arrived early. He assessed the issue and fully explained what needed to be done and the cost to fix the issues, clog in the pipe and a broken disposal. He quickly fixed both items. After the job we had a couple questions about other things in our home and he stayed and fully answered and explained those, really appreciated that level of customer service. I will definitely be calling Chris again to help us in the future, highly recommend!!
I received notice from the city that of a possible leak. I called Chris and he was very responsive. He took the time at first to walk me through a couple of things to verify if it was something I may easily fix without having to hire him. I appreciated that honesty. Turned out I did indeed need professional help and he scheduled time immediately. He found the problem, which was an underground pipe leak between the meter and my home. He completed the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. Since then my water usage has dropped and no more notice of a possible leak. Would absolutely hire again.
only to replace antifreeze hose faucet and fix kitchen faucet and garden faucet ended up leaking overnight because missing screw but he would not even metion that
Our landlord hired this plumber to install a dishwasher. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. He doesn’t schedule appointments in advance—he just texts when he’s “on the way,” usually giving about 15 minutes’ notice, with no confirmation that the timing actually works for you. When he arrived, he rang the bell and impatiently knocked repeatedly, very aggressively, even though I had just texted asking him not to knock because I was putting my baby to sleep. It was clear he hadn’t read the message, and the lack of patience was incredibly rude. I was on my way to open the door am I to camp by the door so I can open it the second he rings the bell? To make matters worse, the dishwasher was installed crooked—it’s visibly sticking out on one side and not flush with the cabinetry. He didn’t communicate that the job was finished and just left. I reached out afterward to ask about the installation and haven’t heard back. This level of communication and professionalism is not acceptable, especially when working in family homes. I hope this helps others decide whether he’s the right fit for their project.
