Had a very nasty blocked drain. Two other plumbers could not open the blocked drain. Tyler came out, evaluated the problem, quoted an estimated fee and got to work. It was an extremely difficult situation to resolve, but Tyler stayed all day until the issue was resolved. Well done and professional all the way. I contacted Sales Force Plumbing because my kitchen sink and bathtub were clogged and the water wasn’t draining. After the contractor attempted over 2 hrs. requested a camera inspection. They performed the camera check, but it didn’t pinpoint the exact location of the blockage, Despite nothing being fixed, I was charged $450 for the labor and camera inspection, then recommended digging under the house to repair or replace the pipe and gave me an estimate starting at $4,800. I thought and believed them., until The next day, I hired an independent contractor. He fixed the entire problem with in 3 hrs. — no digging, no extra charges, and no unnecessary upselling. I was extremely disappointed . I ended up paying for work that didn’t fix anything. Tom

Of those firms, SFP provided a detailed phone consultation and a competitive price for the fiberoptic camera inspection that we required. Plumber Tyler thoroughly listened to the description of our plumbing problems—a metal tool lost in a drain pipe by a previous well-intentioned plumber, a clogged drain and a leaking bath/shower faucet. He outlined a clear, logical plan to address these issues. Tyler’s skilled recovery of the metal tool lodged in the pipes saved us time and thousands of dollars from additional damage the metal tool may have caused if it moved further down the drain. His repairs and enhancements took into consideration the dexterity and safety of the older adults in the home. The solutions addressed existing problems, as well as anticipating future needs, such as availability of replacement parts. Thanks to Tyler, our 55 year old home now has shut off valves and a clean out that did not exist before. All the work was neatly done, and the work spaces were left clean and in order. The results with Tyler and Service Force Plumbing exceeded our expectations, and we will share our positive experience with others requiring plumbing work.

We had a fantastic experience with Service Force Plumbing! Kolby, his brother, and another young man came to our office to fix our garbage disposal, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. They actually arrived early, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything working again in no time. All three were extremely professional, kind, and very personable—it was clear they take pride in their work. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth. Joe was incredibly helpful over the phone, answered all of my questions, and even made it easy for me to send reference photos to help explain the issue. I can't say enough good things about Service Pro. We had an outdoor, underground water leak, and if it weren't for these guys, we'd have a flooded basement and more days of no water (the main line had to be shut off). They jumped on the project with their heavy equipment the very next day, found the leak, and worked their butts off to get us water by the end of the day. I dealt with the nicest, hardest-working, most knowledgable, honest bunch of guys one can imagine... all this on a VERY HOT 95 degree day! I'm retired, but in my past biz I worked with a lot of plumbers. SP is tops. I give them an 11 out of 10, and I will never hesitate to call them whenever I need plumbing!

Originally I called because my outdoor spigot was leaking and needed to be replaced. Garrett was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the water valves and stuff to me so I knew how to shut off the water if I needed to. Thank god he came, because something that's supposed to be changed every 5 years apparently hadn't been serviced in 15 years and was holding on for dear life. He got everything fixed pretty quickly and the price was reasonable. I've never heard of this company before, but i'm so glad I found them in case anything else comes up.

Great experience with Service Force on having our water heater replaced after it started leaking. They took the time on the weekend to walk me through shutting it down safely until they were able to make an appointment. They were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the problems + the possible solutions we could take. Upfront on pricing, effort, and time required. They also worked to optimize the location and piping to set it up in a better way. I am extremely pleased with my experience.

Tyler came to our house after we called about water in the basement. He added the visit at the end of his already long day and stayed for almost two hours. He sent us detailed photos and videos so we could see the issues. He gave us a reasonable quote before starting work. At the end, he explained the situation clearly and gave us recommendations for next steps. He was polite and kind. Such an excellent experience. He’s a gem.

I'm a realtor who was representing clients buying a 1966 home. My clients needed a last-minute sewer scope inspection and Service Force came through (of course)! Kolby Barnes was dispatched quickly and beat me there. He and (Chris?) were extremely courteous, explained things to me (I had a million questions) as they worked, then they cleaned up and sealed the cleanout cap properly. I would 100 percent recommend them in the future.

At the risk of losing a great plumber because they get popular, Hendrik is great! Came over and in less 15 minutes diagnosed the problem that stumped our last plumbing company and had me on a 6 month wild goose chase to get them to fix it. Now I have a fully functioning heating system again and a new go to the next time we have heating or plumbing issues. 💯 Recommend Service Force Plumbing.

Tyler spent time to explain everything to us, step-by-step, and answer our endless questions. He was so thorough and gave us total confidence in the work. Highly highly recommend.

This was the second time I have called Service Force and the service was as excellent as the first time. Tyler was highly professional, knowledgeable and informative. I understood exactly what he was doing, why, and where potential issues may lie with our poorly flipped bathroom (done by the previous owners).
