Chad arrived promptly and completed the service quickly. Very professional.

After a different company told me I’d need to replace the entire kitchen faucet to address the leaking sprayer hose I called Heil for second opinion. Eric Y came out and quickly determined what part was needed, ordered it and then came back a few days later to install it – much cheaper than a new faucet! I won’t call anyplace else next time a plumber is needed, great to find an honest company.

Erik was very professional and made the whole process very easy.

Eric B was fantastic. He came to fix our kitchen and down at least 30 mon on the phone with Delta, and they gave g him the complete run around! He figured out it was defective. He gave us guidance on purchasing a new one (we went with Moem this time—we’ve always had good luck with their products). I called Heil this morning and he came and fixed it by 2pm today! I can say this is the company we’ll be using for all our plumbing!!

Eric did outstanding work and I am very appreciative for the completed work. He was kind, pleasant, respectful, patient, and a professional. He took the extra time to ensure my new appliances were disconnected and the installed correctly (gas range, dishwasher, water line for refrigerator). I highly recommend Heil Plumbing and HVAC! Heil Plumbing has wonderful customer service and fast professional services. We needed a total replacement of the water line to our house. It was a complicated job on an older home. Work was done with minimum digging. The new work is more accessible and should last a very long time. Highly recommend this company.
