Tristen was extremely helpful and efficient, he diagnosed the issue with our AC instantly and went over options on how to solve it. He did not try to upsell me or influence my decision in any way. Was very knowledgeable and professional, would highly recommend him and his company’s services.
We recently received a no-obligation quote from Service Champions for replacing our old furnace and installing new AC system. The sales consultant, Alan Sopar was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail of our current setup and the proposed options. My husbad and I greatly appreciate his professionalism and transparency which helped us make the good and educated decision. I’d also like to give a big thumbs up to the installation team of Rodrigo, Andrew, and Egger. They were respectful, hardworking, and took great care to complete the job with minimal disruption to our daily routine. Although they were young professionals, their work ethic and attention to detail really showed, and they made sure everything was done right. Overall, it was a very informative and comfortable experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Service Champions to anyone considering HVAC upgrades.
Initial service and diagnostics was thorough and polite. Cash, who sold us a new furnace was friendly, informative, respectful with no hard sell. The installers were all so polite and efficient. This is by far the best heating company I’ve ever dealt with!
After scheduling a plumbing issue online - a leaking bathroom faucet, I received a phone call asking the specific problem. I stated it needed washers. When the repairman arrived he immediately said my faucet should be replaced. I said a new vanity was in the future. After he spent 1/2 hr checking his phone for new vanities I said I just wanted the washers replaced. He then went to his truck for his tools. A few minutes he said he needed to go get supplies. After 45 minutes he returned and replaced the washers. He had an I-pad for me to sign that he did his job and I asked to see a bill. He said he could not bring it up but I would receive it by email. I have never seen a bill and my checking account was charged $296.00. For what? Am I paying for his shopping? Why when it was known what was needed did he not have it, or as a plumber not carry it in his truck? I feel I was scammed. This is a formal notification to cancel my membership with Service Champions. Patricia McLean
I called with a service request for my home furnace on a Friday and was surprised that Service Champions would actually come on a Sunday – even though I didn’t request an emergency response. Adam came on time, and quickly resolved my issue at a really affordable price. He was highly professional, very competent, and walked me through my different options. I will definitely be using them again!
