Contacted Santhoff Plumbing to diagnose an issue and was incredibly pleased with Juan's service. He was very thorough and professional. I got a good quote, accepted, and the work was promptly completed about a week later once the parts arrived. Very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail.

Roberto and Mike were awesome! They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly went over the pricing with me before starting the work. They were extremely courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable in repairing my eroded gas line pipe. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and communicated every step along the way. One thing I especially appreciated was that they put on disposable booties each time they entered the house — such a thoughtful and professional touch. I would definitely use Santhoff Plumbing again for any plumbing issue and highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the job that was done. We had old cast iron plumbing that failed and needed to be replaced. We had questions about how things were going to be done. I was impressed when the owner took the time to reach out and talk to me himself. The job ended up being slightly less complicated than originally anticipated, so after it was completed, they called us to say they’d be refunding us $1000. I will definitely use Santhoff again, and would strongly recommend them to anyone else.

Had a great experience with Santhoff and my technician Ahdor. I've been dealing with a slow bathroom sink drain for over 6 months, and have had multiple other plumbers out to try to diagnose the issue. Ahdor was attentive and professional while listening to me describe the issue, and was able to quickly determine a new course of action to try to diagnose and correct the issue causing the slowdown. He also clearly provided me with the rates for the different aspects of the job so I had a clear understanding of the cost before he began the job. Within the hour, he'd fixed it! Very happy with his work and the company overall.

Fantastic company! Great communication and follow up from the office staff and the technician, Mac, were professional and efficient. Plus, they were able to service our home in the time frame they noted. We had a great experience.
