Salisbury Plumbing

I hired Salisbury Plumbing to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system, a whole-home sediment filter, and a large water softener. I worked with Drew, one of their master plumbers. Our city’s water is extremely hard, and I had been experiencing frequent migraines after drinking it. Drew explained the setup in a way I could understand. The sediment filter was installed on the main line to reduce debris entering the home, the water softener treats the household water, and the reverse osmosis system provides highly filtered drinking water at the kitchen sink & to my fridge. The installation was completed quickly, and the plumbing work is exceptionally neat and clean. Drew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. I would absolutely hire Salisbury Plumbing again.

These guys are really great, I had them come help clear my sewer line and they were easy to work with, fair priced, and professional. I have been using them for years now and have never had a bad experience.

Would not recommend this person for multiple reasons. When calling, if nobody picks up their answering machine doesn't even state the name of the business. Didn't return my call. Called again (wished I didn't) he said he would be out next week on Wednesday to give me a quote. Okay, fine. Wednesday comes. I haven't heard a word from him. I call. I get hung up on. I call again, am told to hold, when he picks up...he hangs up on me again. When I call a third time...no apology. Instead, it felt like the opposite. Then he tells me he came by the house and called me five times and left a message. Um...he may have come by but my phone has no message nor any missed calls. He's rude about it. Then proceeds to tell me what he found and gives me an estimate that's far higher than by a more reputable company (I was hoping to find someone to do the job for a lot cheaper). I told him I was curious as to why it costs so much to do such a job. He tells me that I wouldn't understand it because I'm not in construction. He asks me what I do for a living and when I tell him he scoffs. I then reassure him that I was just trying to understand why something like this costs as much as it does. His response: I'd tell you, but I don't want to. Nice.

Riding me on the freeway like they just got their license

We recently moved into our new home to find out that our water heater wasn't operational. Our first efforts to have our water heater serviced was with another company that lead to an overpriced quote and an open gas line that eventually leaked gas throughout our entire house. Once we recognized the emergency we decided to go with any other option we could find, and when we called Salisbury Plumbing they were able to get a technician over to our house in minutes. They remedied the problem, gave us a fair-market quote, and installed a new water heater the very next Monday. Seattle was excellent to work with, and he even helped us install a new kitchen sink faucet that we had been planning to put in ourselves the next day. Overall we were very satisficed by their responsiveness and good quality work.

completely frustrated with this company. They wont return calls and they won't fix their mistakes. I had them ruff in my basement bathroom. The toilet plumb is 3 inches to far from the wall so my toilet sticks way out. The toilet is also extremely close to the tub they put in. Vanity plumbing didn't get vented. They didn't attach the tub faucet in the wall so when we went to put the hardware on the copper pipe was extremely loose. We had to cut our freshly painted drywall on the other side of the tub to secure it. Nothing but problems with this company. I gave them 3 weeks to return calls and come work through the issues. After 5 messages I've given up waiting for them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Salisbury was referred to us through our contractor on a complete basement remodel. Seattle was the main guy who came to our place each day and did the bulk of the work. He was awesome! He really knows his stuff, and he was pleasant and polite, always. We had them put in a new water heater (tankless), new water softener, new kitchen plumbing (sink, dishwasher, disposal), 2 bathrooms (sinks and toilets in both, tub and 2-head shower in the other). It's been nearly a year since they completed the work, and we have had no issues or leaks. When I need plumbing things done going forward, I will definitely use Salisbury - especially if they send Seattle.

Salisbury Plumbing is amazing! They came to my house to give me a quote and fixed a leak with no charge. They spent lots of time consulting with me on the best options for home water filtration and they delivered exceptional service! They are knowledgable, honest and helpful. I was working with Jose and he is AMAZING! I had them flush our water heaters, service our RO system and replace an expansion tank. I plan to put Salisbury on my annual household maintenance plan calendar! Also, if I have the opportunity to build a home in the future I will have them do our plumbing and consult on a home water filtration system.

Clear communication, speedy service, and thorough follow through, Salisbury goes above and beyond to help clients out. Our water heater fried at townhome we rent and these guys were there ASAP and were even willing to wait for me to call management after their approvals process screeched to a halt. Our repair technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and a great sport when he got splattered with hard water sludge. Highly recommend!

Salisbury Plumbing rocks! My water heater failed this morning and he came within 90min. He was polite and respectful. Even though I had never performed maintenance on my water heater he never made me feel uncomfortable. I guess mine had so much sediment in it he had to call a coworker to help drain it and pull it out! Salisbury Plumbing is thorough, efficient, effective and straightforward. I’d highly, highly recommend them!!

Jose always does an amazing job for my home (Park City) and also for my parents' home (Midway.) He takes the time to listen to any plumbing questions and concerns that we have, and he thoroughly explains how each system works. Quick, clean and professional. I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of this whole ordeal. I had a problem that I needed a plumber for and within one business day I had my problem solved. I had 3 rental properties that needed a waterline run to ice makers on a new fridge and Salisbury made it happen fast and professionally. Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be calling again in the future!

Salisbury Plumbing rescued me right before I had out-of-town guests coming for the holiday. Our basement shower had terrible water pressure and no hot water. I was helped quickly by Jose--who was knowledgeable, efficient, and cared about saving me money.
