Great company, very friendly receptionists, and talented plumbers! Jason has come out and fixed or installed multiple things in our home. We are very happy with happy with their work. Highly recommend 🙌
Great service. We had gas line moved and water lines capped for kitchen remodel. Following the cabinet and appliance install, Jason came back to rehook up gas and water to all appliances. He was very thorough and professional. He was very nice as well. Pricing was very fair!
We had a leak coming from somewhere dripping into our garage. These guys were so responsive and QUICK. They found the leak, and repaired the issue as well as 3 other unrelated issues we had been worried about. The techs were so nice, and I would 100% reccomend them. I hope I never am in need of a plumber again, but if I do....S&B is who I will call.
There are pros and cons lie everything else. I do believe that these prices are outrageous ($250), we basically took out the garbage disposal and reconnected the pipes because the new sink is too deep. I am very impressed that they called me back immediately after leaving a message and they were able to send someone over the same day; which is amazing! The customer service reps were great. The technician was very nice but since we did not re-install the faucet, we were not able to verify if there were any leaks. After he left I installed the faucet myself and water leaked in two spots where the pipes were replaced. I re-tightened them myself.
Great experience once again with S&B. They will continue to get our business. Jason did a fantastic job for us. Very polite, helpful, professional and kind. He fixed the leak, new pipes and unclogged the drain.
