We had drain blockage on a Friday evening. Called Roto-Rooter and received a call back from Robbie Kaune, one of the techs. He came to our home late that evening and within an hour had the drain open and working again. Glad he was able to come on such short notice and take care of the problem before we had any damage from sewer backup. Tim and Cameron showed up very fast. They started to work immediately and speaking as a layman, they looked very knowledgeable and competent at their task. Turns out, they WERE very competent and knowledgeable and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently! Tim made recommendations on a product for us to use and got us the product to start use immediately. They cleaned up and asked if I had any questions. Both men were very pleasant and courteous and explained the steps they were taking to tackle our problem. I appreciate them and your company very much! You save us from having a horrible weekend!!! This is not the first time we have used your company and it won’t be the last either. We will highly recommend Roto-Rooter as well. The price was a bit surprising, however I feel confident it is the going rate for this service.

These two men went above and beyond to tackle the issue with the sewer drain and septic system issue. Christian McCasland and Cameron Boynton many hours spent here working hard to fix the issues.The two men were very excellent customer service,experienced,explained everything they were doing and what had to be done. They had to leave and go back to get more equipment to fix our sewer drain and septic system. Excellent couple of men and 100% satisfied with their services and price very reasonable for the amount of hours at the homes doing the inspection and work. Zach was awesome fixed my sewer main clog and snaked my secondary floor drain. Quick and thorough job and very respectful! Will definitely be my first call next time if needed!
