Zippy Drain

I have worked with Zippy multiple times and they have met/exceeded expectations. Technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable and the office ladies are pleasant to work with. Kudos

Nate came over and unclogged our bathtub drain today. He was very pleasant, was very nice to our kids and even said hello to all of our pets. He was fast and professional and very reasonably priced. Would call Zippy 100% next time we need help. 10/10

They provided the service. They wanted payment prior to service. I called in and provided the payment information. They never ran it for either of the two buildings. Then a fellow board member reached out to see what was up. They didn’t respond. Now after reaching out again they finally sent something to the other board member to get it paid and sent an invoice for the other building to me with late fees. Does mail not exist to send a bill out anymore?

Hired for a commercial job, tech arrived on site and gave us a price of $156 to replace a flapper, which we approved the technician to proceed with the replacement, the office called back and said they found additional issues and would need to quote, we received a bid the next day to replace the flappper for $288. when questioned they said that the tech on site quoted the "wrong flapper" and a plumbing manager was needed to quote the correct flapper and there is an additional $135 to return to site. Upon receiving the pictures, this is a standard 3" flapper available at any hardware store. The technician should have repalced it while on site and the price should have been honored. They stated if we did not approve the new price of $288 they would still charge us the $135 even though they chose to leave site and completed no work. Under no circumstances should a simple flapper replacement cost anyone $300.00. Response from the company is untrue the technician received approval verbally and received an emailed approval as well. Once that approval was received they called back and said there was additional work to be done and a new quote would have to be sent. Hire this company at your own risk.

Called for a drain clean, 1st guy to come out was nice but he didnt have the stuff to do the job so he had to have someone else to come by. The next guy to come by replaced the toilet seal and called it good. But it was not good, drain backed up again so we tried calling to get someone to come correct their mistake but the lady was rude over the phone then put us on a 20+ min hold and never got back to us. 0/10, go find someone else who will do the job right the first time.
