Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Arrived in great time on a Saturday night. Saved us from a flooded kitchen. Quality, professional work at a reasonable price. We will be calling back to get some other needed plumbing work done. Our plumber was experienced and honest.

Very knowledgeable and friendly came the same day I requested a service. Unfortunately parts needed to be ordered but he was able to come early the next day after the parts were shipped and quickly restored functionality to my water heater.

Chris arrived early morning, got right to work. When finished, he tested faucets inside to be sure I was getting hot water. He left his workspace cleaner than he found it (THAT was over and beyond my expectation, and a delightful finish to the job!). I highly recommend him and Roto Rooter in Fairfield!

Customer service was excellent. The guy came the following morning. It was a non-emergency. He was through, totally knowledgeable & explained all to me. He provided me a quote before starting. He worked steadily & cleaned up all before leaving. The only reason I gave four stars is the cost. It was painfully expensive for approximately four hours of work plus travel time, very minimal parts. It was painfully expensive. If I need a plumber again. I would love to have ‘Jelani’ back. I would ask for him, but I would have to really plan my budget around the cost.

Chris did a great job with installing our new sink along with our new faucet and garbage disposal. He checked in with me on every step of the process to ensure the service was adequate. I was appreciated that he was available on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks again Chris.
