Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter today. William Fletcher came out to take a look at a plumbing issue I was having, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. He arrived right on time, was professional, honest, and quickly diagnosed the problem. What I appreciated most was his transparency and integrity—he took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The service was fast, efficient, and done with real professionalism. Fletcher Williams was awesome, came out and did the camera inspection for us and provided a very detailed analysis of our pipes and the existing problems. He is definitely the reason for the rating. Sergio Guadalupe on the other hand was just ok. He failed to notice a very obvious clean out and claimed he thought it was an electrical access point (which I think makes no sense, and why wouldn’t you check anyways?) this makes you wonder if he missed it on purpose to include a toilet removal on the quote which adds $250 to the price tag. He was nice otherwise though. Fletcher immediately noticed this clean out despite it being darker out when he arrived.

Eddy did an amazing job. From the first interaction until the time he left, extremely professional, very detailed and knowledgeable about what was going on with both my dishwasher and disposal and drains. He cleared, cleaned and treated them, left preventive cleaning supplies so this doesn’t happen again, and installed the correct disposal my home needed. And the best part, he cleaned up after. Not many other companies I’ve worked with in the last year of owning my home have done that. Thank you again. 😁
