Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We called Roto-Rooter because our toilet was flushing very slow. We had Khup come and do our service of removing the toilet and finding a toy my toddler and flushed down. He did an excellent job of getting the toy unstuck without damaging the toilet. Thanks to him it saved us from having to also buy a whole new one!!

John was hands down the best contractor I’ve worked with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue the right way — not the quick way. No upselling, no pressure, just honest advice and solid work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The job was clean, efficient, and done to a higher standard than I expected. If you want someone who actually knows their stuff and stands behind their work, he’s your guy. Wouldn’t call anyone else.

I can’t believe that a plumber/technician came to me and my family’s rescue on Christmas Eve! He was so positive and respectful. He did an excellent job and even explained what the problem was with my clogged drain. It wasn’t just the garage disposal but an air admittance vent!

Saturday, I booked an appointment online from 2:00-4:00pm to address a leak, and got an instant confirmation. Hours later, I was notified a technician would be out between 4:00-6:00 but they missed that window. I called and rescheduled for the following day between Noon-4:00pm. I waited at home for the full 4 hours and called at 4:00 but they said they had nobody available and could not give me any sort of estimate. At 6:45 I finally got a call saying they would not be able to send out a technician at all today, and would I like to reschedule for tomorrow. I was halfway through my sentence (very calmly) saying we would go a different direction, when the person hung up on me. The disregard for my time and disrespect on the phone are very frustrating.

$1819 for a faucet replacement (faucet provided by owner)!! $1251 is the catalog price for labor to replace a kitchen faucet and $638 is catalog price for labor to replace two valves in the feeder lines. Parts another $200. Good news: they came promptly and were nice guys. Not sure why this was a two person job. Probably should have gotten a quote first before they came.

The 5 stars is for the technician (Khup). The technician who arrived was very friendly, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to the issue I was experiencing. After completing the repair, he clearly explained the cause of the problem, which I appreciated. I thanked him for his work, as he provided excellent service. However, my appointment window was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. When no technician had arrived, I called at 9:50 AM to inquire about the delay. At that time, I was informed that another technician would need to be assigned, with an estimated arrival around 10:00 AM. I called again at 11:00 AM and was then told the technician was approximately 20 minutes away. As this was my first experience, I am disappointed with the scheduling and communication. While the technician himself did a great job and the issue was not his fault, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Khup responded to my main line drainage issue which prevented my use of the toilet as well as all other sewage functions. Khup unclogged the main line and waited 30+ minutes for his supervisor to arrive with a bore scope to visually inspect the piping for any issues with the pipes themselves. He didn’t have to wait as this was an initial investigation to determine if further work was needed. Any further work, if necessary would not have happened during this visit. Furthermore, Khup was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, almost a lost art these days!!! Thank you Khup!!!

Angel is the best! what a great smile, beautiful personality. So extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made this unfortunate experience very, very pleasant. If we ever have any issues again, I would absolutely want him to be the technician to take care of us. Give this man a raise.He really deserves it 😉 oh, and let me not forget. There was another gentleman that came out to check on some things with him. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. So I'm so sorry for that. But he was so professional and so helpful as well. They are really some great guys!

Had a late night plumbing emergency at 10pm. Called and scheduled an emergency visit. Roto had John M. on site in under an hour. He assessed the situation and got to work. It took a couple hours overall but John got it sorted and had us back in business so we could do our business without worry. He even put a camera scope recommendation in for us to try to preemptively make sure we avoid any future issues. Thank you John and Roto Rooter for the rapid response and fix.

Khup was absolutely fantastic. Great sense of humor, friendly, and he did great work. Our basement ejector pump died suddenly leaving a mess and no drainage down there. Khup gave us our 3rd estimate. Bonus Roto-Rooter was the only one able to get the job done the same day. I expected the estimate would be the most expensive but it was very competitive coming in tied for 3rd. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had my water heater go out and called rotor rooter. Fast response time and within 1.5 hrs Khup from Roto Rooter was at my house assessing the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all my questions. Once we made the decision to move forward to replace the water heater, he had it done in no time. Cleaned up after the work was done….great experience all around. 5 stars!

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter in Sandy Springs. They were the only plumber out of five called who responded and then showed up on Weekend. Cost me $575 for a sewage line backup unclog. They used the big machine to clean a clog 65 feet down the main line to the street. Responsive and professional. Provided and estimate prior to starting and have had no issues since.

Excellent service from the plumber. Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. The work was clean and done properly the first time. Fair pricing and great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

Was lucky to have my workplace serviced by Angel. He had such a great personality and made the time he was servicing feel like it went by fast. Also was consistent in updating me and my team on updates regarding our plumbing issues. 10/10 service, will definitely be requesting Angel if any other issues may arise regarding plumbing

Khup did an excellent job detecting and repairing the leak in my main bathtub. He was friendly, cooperative, and very patient while making sure the job was done right. He took his time and fixed everything perfectly. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him for plumbing work!
