“Promptly came on time on a same day request to address the high pitch sound coming from a pipe. Identified the source of the sound to a pressure fire sprinkler gauge. Roto-Rooter can’t work on a fire sprinkler system. So billed me $400 for a 10 min work. All good but could have reduced the charge for such a short diagnosis time.”
