Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My water heater went out yesterday so we set up an appointment at 8am this morning for 1pm-2pm. Roto-Rooter called me to offer an earlier appointment and they had my water heater fully replaced by about 2:30pm! Great service from Enrique!

My service was fantastic from beginning to end. The initial intake with the call center was very prompt and I heard from a dispatch within 30 minutes and Enrique was at my house within the hour. The work was done At a great price and very efficiently. I also appreciated that Enrique pointed out a few other issues that we may want to pay attention to overtime in our crawlspace with some recalled plumbing installations.

James and the technician, Sal are very knowledgeable and work efficiently. We were happy with the response time and the quality of their work.

I was highly recommended to reach out to Rob and Enrique from a neighbor who had used their services recently. Enrique came out the same day to fix a leak outside my home. He was right on time, friendly, and took the time to walk me through what was wrong and what he would be doing to repair it. The work was done quickly and neatly, and he cleaned everything up before leaving. The cost was reasonable, especially for such fast service. We had a plumbing back in our main line and Roto-Rooter was great. I found a coupon on Yelp from them so I tried them. Not only did they come the same day, but they came within 2 hrs!!! SOOOO Convenient when you can't use your water. The plumber, James, was very professional, accepted the coupon without hesitation, and got the job done quickly!! I was so relieved we weren't going to be without water. I would hire James and Roto-Rooter again if this or any other plumbing issue arises.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The technician was straightforward with information and what the possibilities would be for making repairs in a timely manner. I appreciate the his information. There was no sales pressure just direct information. I feel that he dealt with me in an honest manner.

Representative arrive around 20 minutes late. That's a minor complaint. Otherwise, service from Roto-Rooter was great! The technician quickly cleared the sewer drain clog. He was a professional's professional and not only worked quickly and efficiently, but he was a pleasant chap as well.
