Giovanni did excellent work. He was very knowledgeable about root encroachment clogging our drain and the various ways to fix it. He’s a great communicator. He took care to protect our Hardwood floors. We would definitely hire him again

Francis was great! He was polite, knowledgeable and patient. Our request was to determine and give estimates on a variety of plumbing issues. Some estimates were reasonable and others were high. We are working through them now. We also understand that the prices are set by Barnett and not Francis.

Barnett Plumbing was truly a lifesaver for us. What we thought would be a simple toilet repair quickly turned into a much bigger issue that definitely required real expertise. Our cast iron toilet flange was no longer level with the floor, which meant the toilet couldn’t sit properly or create a proper seal. We got several bids and explored different solutions, but Barnett clearly stood out. They offered the most thoughtful and long-term fix : cutting the flange at the elbow and fully replacing it with a new plastic flange. Along the way, they also discovered additional issues under the house that others had completely missed. In the end, they addressed multiple problems in one visit—and did it all the day before Christmas Eve! We’re incredibly grateful for their thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism. Highly recommend Barnett Plumbing if you want the job done right. We had Alberto, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain every option we had, especially as new issues came up. We truly appreciated his patience and transparency throughout the process.

Based on a friend's recommendation, we called Barnett Plumbing when our water heater gave up. Juanita scheduled someone to come out that day. The tech that arrived (wish I could remember his name) was thorough, explained the various options, and quoted us prices for each. We appreciated his honest, no-pressure opinions. After making our choice, Barnett's was able to schedule the installation for the next day. Alberto, the tech that did the install, was fantastic! He explained the work he was planning to do, and once completed, he showed us exactly what he had done. He did a beautiful job, and we appreciated his thoroughness. We give Barnett's plumbing 5-stars, and will definitely recommend them to others!

We had Barnett plumbing come out to inspect our water heater and change out our anode rod and flush the water heater. I had called in the morning and received a call back promptly to set up an appointment the next day. They text you to provide an updated eta. We had Francis come and help us that day. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain water heater/ softener and anode rod in detail. We were able to get the anode rod changed out fairly quickly. Later in the day, one of our showers had low pressure. I called the office to let them know and Francis came back after his shift. Sediment had gotten into the shower fixture and he was able to quickly clean it. Great experience

Needed help with a troublesome faucet at my home. Called Barnett and they sent me a tech (Francis) within 2 hours. When Francis was on his way, I got a text with a map showing me where Francis was with an ETA. Very helpful for managing my day. When Francis got there, immediate solid rapport. Great vibes and very knowledgeable. Francis fixed the faucet, told me exactly what was wrong and did it with incredible professionalism. I can't recommend Barnett and Francis enough for the amazing service and experience they provided me with today. If you need plumbing assistance, don't even waste your time trying to find someone else. Barnett is simply the best.

Alberto is very detail oriented. He insured that everything was up to code going as far as correcting the mistakes made by his coworkers who took shortcuts to simplify their job. On the other hand, Francis was just the opposite. It felt like I was working with a used car salesman when dealing with him. He avoided providing full and accurate information about details and cost of the job. Juan was very good at explaining what he was doing and how the system will work

Barnett was fantastic! Collin came and flushed our water heater and recommended some reasonable service options. Jose came back the same day and replaced our water heater anode rod and installed a new ball valve on our main line with skill and professionalism. He also took the extra time to insulate the new section of pipe, and the work looks great. They were both friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship.
