Jason was great to work with. He walked me through every step he was going to take to find and fix the issue, which I really appreciated. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and did exactly what he said he would do. He explained the best course of action and got my input before moving forward. Overall, a very professional and straightforward experience.
Darrell did a great job at replacing a leaking toilet hose. He was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend him to others needing plumbing repairs!
Mr. Jason was very prompt. Customer service told me a tech would show up within the hour and he did. Jason was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me my quote and immediately started working as soon as I agreed to the quote. His work was very clean and very quick, he had my household back to normal in a very quick timing. I have never hired a professional plumber before, but he made my first experience very enjoyable. He definitely requires some recognition of appreciation.
Eddie came out to fix a water leak. The water company called to inform us about unusual usage, and sure enough we found a swamp in the yard by the house. He was very thorough, explained everything clearly, answered ALL of my questions, and educated me to be a better home owner. He quickly found the leak and repaired it. And cleaned up after himself. He was so friendly yet professional, I highly recommend Eddie with RotoRooter.
Jason was very nice and explained the problem thoroughly. I've had 4 other plumbers come in the last week and they never took the time to explain anything and clearly didn't get to the root of the problem. I'm very glad to have call Roto-Rooter and was very pleased to meet Jason.
