“This place scams. They came out and did a five minute job on my dishwasher disposal. I'm embarrassed to admit I didn't realize that it just needed a couple of turns clockwise with an Allen wrench. Anyway, they spent five minutes and I'm being generous and then tried to charge me $290.”

Positive
“Was having trouble with my water heater and when I called Roto Rooter they sent Jonny within a couple of hours to Diagnose what was going on. Thanks to him he was able to find the issue and get it squared away for us. Thank you sir for the help.”
“Corey and Caleb were our water mitigation and restoration team, they were fantastic. They explained everything to us and were very friendly. The whole process happened right before Christmas and they still were timely and professional. Highly recommend!”
