Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Nick (5287) was awesome! Our entire system was backed up. Water filling up our toilets, showers, and drain in our laundry room. Nick came same day and was able to get things flowing again. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was very thorough in his work. He and his supervisor (Jonathan) were able to find the issue and suggest a solution on the spot. Both very kind and professional.

Great experience! Tech 3774 Tyriek was quick and professional, and did a really good job of explaining what was needed and the work he'd be performing. We made the appointment on Saturday night and everything was good to go before noon on Sunday! We'll definitely calling again next time we need plumbing services.

Rotor Rooter provided 5 + star services. Tyler my service man was super nice, professional and most important wore his heart on his sleeve. The knowledge shared on the steps taken and warnings on products that say flushable but was a part of the problem is a lesson learned for this family. We had what we thought was a serious clog. After many attempts to declog ourselves we finally broke down and called Roto Rooter. We were told someone would be at our home by 1pm. Literally 10 minutes after calling Bruno called us and told us he was on his way. Bruno was here by 10am and he was very thorough. Every question we asked he answered in detail and never made us feel like we were bothering him. He explained every single step in detail. Max showed up with the camera to help Bruno. Just like Bruno, Max was very thorough and had no problems answering our questions. Many times I felt like my question may have been stupid but they never made me feel that way when answering me or holding a conversation with me. I would highly highly recommend Bruno specifically (and Max if a camera is needed). We were extremely lucky when Roto Rooter sent Bruno. Bruno is definitely going to be my first call the next time I ever have a plumbing issue again.

Joe was GREAT. He was able to come to out same day to help with our urgent sewage problem. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He identified and fixed the issue in a short amount of time and even took the time to explain the causes and how to prevent the same issue in the future. Amazing first experience with Roto-Rooter and will choose them again for any future needs, mainly just from the experience with our technician Joe. Dispatch was also extremely helpful and responsive.
