They were able to schedule an appointment immediately and sent the right technician, Carlos. Carlos is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely concerned with resolving the issue and ensuring customer satisfaction. He built trust by explaining what was happening and providing guidance on how to prevent future issues within the customer’s control. The prices are on the higher end, but the reliability and speed of service made it well worth it.

Repair man Carlos Acosta came to look at and assess the problems l thought l was having with my tub/shower faucet. Carlos was very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining my issue to me. As it turned out, and he honestly explained, one matter l could take care of myself in about ten minutes, which l did! The other matter we agreed was not an emergency and l could and should take my time in deciding when, again, the minor replacement could take place. I really appreciated Carlos’ professional review. Carlos showed up quickly on a Sunday, was highly professional and interacted very nicely with my loud kids and excited dog. He explained to me the diagnosis process and the cost to me based on different potential outcomes. Then he quickly identified the issue, came back to me for approval to proceed and fixed the clogged pipe quickly. He stayed to show me that everything was flowing properly with no issues.
