Ronald was very professional, very friendly, & very helpful. His customer service was a 10/10. He recommended to replace the disposal due to it being worn out.
David was awesome and very knowledgeable. Called 04/29/2026 about a leaking water heater. Whirlpool was installed in 2007. It was time to get old girl replaced. David showed up next day as agreed upon and went to work. I'm very happy and satisfied . David went above and beyond and I would recommend him and the company to friends and family. We needed help on the weekend. Ari was on call and even though he couldn’t get to us until very very late at night, he was professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up afterwards as if nothing had happened. I would recommend Roto Rooter and will use them again. Thank you for great service!
