Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We got absolutely superb service from Roto-Rooter. We had a sewer backup in our basement and also a clogged toilet. Jarrett Mc million inspected for water damage from our sewer backup And happily it was on a concrete floor so there was none. We were very happy to have him check though and he did a very professional job. We highly recommend him. To fix the actual damage a plumber named Jose came and he also did a superb completely professional job. We are very happy with our router router service. Thank you.

We called Rotorooter to fix a plumbing leak and flood in my basement. When Mr. Jose (#3710), arrived, he was professional and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and made us feel at ease. He promptly fixed the problem, and was a relief to work with in a stressful situation during a holiday weekend! I highly recommend Rotorooter!

My issue was a stale kinda wet smell to me in 1 of my bathrooms. The technician knew how to address the issue immediately, although I didn’t pay for a trip fee I had to purchase their product called Pipe Shield @ $100.00 dollars which flushed the bathroom drain. The product got rid of that stale smell in a matter of minutes opposed to 5 months of that stale smell. The technician told me it’s a treatment that had to be done every day until the bottle was empty, it’s a pretty good size maybe a gallon. Of course he started the treatment by showing me exactly what to do. At this point I am satisfied, thank you Roto Rooter your service was punctual and productive.

Plumber was nice but $450 to use an auger a couple times to unclog a toilet is excessive. He also almost refused to take a $50 coupon from the roto rooter site. He basically implied he’d take it not because it was valid and didn’t expire until April but because he was doing us a favor. Definitely going to look for other plumbers in the area moving forward.

I scheduled online to get an appointment & was able to get someone to come this evening. Kasan was awesome! He was professional and friendly when he arrived & asked what issues I was having. He put on his shoe protectors & treated my home as his own. He did a thorough assessment of my sink, toilet & tub. He checked my sink & toilet on the 1st floor to make sure all was good there. He had to go & purchase a couple items needed. He successfully unclogged my shower, tub & was nice enough to caulk around the toilet. He gave me some helpful tips to use going forward. Yes, I would recommend him to others & request him again to assist in my home!
