Taylor was great. Very kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Explained everything up front before he started including what he thought needed to be done to fix the problem and the cost.

Jake was our plumber and he was fantastic. When our new toilet was cracked he helped us get a replacement the same day so we didn't have to wait to get it installed. He didn't have to do that but he went the extra mile. Regarding price, I was a bit surprised by the cost to replace one toilet. I thought it was very expensive. Jakes worked with us on that too so he wouldn't lose us as customers. This five stars is for Jake and his willingness to go above and beyond for his customer and to keep the sale. It would be helpful to have the flat rate pricing or at least a range available before booking service. This way customer are not taken by surprise.

Wayne was patient and kind in answering a lot of questions and explaining the concerns and options to address the problem. He was very conscientious in cleaning up once he was done with the work. Very thorough and gave some great suggestions as to how I might approach the issues he found. Would highly recommend Wayne to family and friends. Woke up, decided to place an inquire for slow drainage to kitchen sink & someone was out within 3hrs! Line was snaked & problem solved!! Russell B. was very knowledgeable & patient with all my questions. Wish him best of luck with all his endeavors. Would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone following this 1st time service.
