They were on time, knowledgeable and did the job efficiently. This is the 2nd time I’ve personally used them and both times I had an excellent experience. The online scheduling experience is easy and very user friendly too.
Last week you guys were amazing!! I called late in the day and dispatch was sympathetic and willing to ask the guys if they would help out! Brian called in minutes and made the call to come help us instead of leaving more work for the oncall after hours technician and going home early on a Friday. Shows up and just gets right after it and even while answering questions and talking through everything. Super professional and willing to talk through options moving forward with find a solution. Great work and appreciate the willingness to help.

Bravo! I had an amazing experience with Roto-Rooter. I required their services over New Years they were very easy to reach despite the holiday—all the technicians were super great to communicate with and very kind. We ran into an issue with my crawl space opening being too small, and they were so reasonable with how they handled the visits and payment. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter—both customer service and their work was impressive!
Honestly, we didn’t have the best experience, but the service was friendly. The follow up afterwards was very much appreciated and we would consider using Roto again, especially due to their quick response time.
