I have used Pearl Plumbing multiple times in the last several years to take care of any/all of my plumbing needs from replacing a leaking toilet water inlet valve to installing and maintaining a new tankless hot water heater. Working with Pearl and the team at Pearl Plumbing has been easy, helpful, seamless, full of generous spirit, friendly, highly skilled, efficient and more. We have been doing a mini refresh in our Sunriver condo built in the 90’s. Their team has gone out to help us with plumbing as flooring has been installed by another team, and worked well with the other teams timeline. Also they went out of their way to install plumbing in our shower that was not expected and needed to be completed so our tile project could carry on. Additionally they installed other fixtures for this new shower, whole house faucets, and toilets. Pearl made it easy for me to choose plumbing fixtures since she has accounts with the suppliers in town. We worked with Consolidated Supply. This makes it easy for the team to coordinate when orders arrive and get extra special order parts as needed. Pearl Plumbing also worked well with our tile team, Baptista. I’m truly grateful for the ease Pearl and Pearl Plumbing brought to completing our refresh.

I can’t say enough good things about Pearl and Marc! They’ve been to my home a couple of times now, and each visit has been a breeze. The first time, they installed hardware in my shower and bathroom sink. Even though I was deployed overseas at the time, they made the whole process super easy—talk about stress-free service! The second time was a bit more intense. My shower wasn’t giving me hot water for more than 7 minutes (because who doesn’t love a timed race with cold water, right?). Turns out, the issue wasn’t just inconvenient—it was urgent. Marc, with his impressive detective skills, discovered a wiring problem caused by a factory error in the water heater that had actually caught fire (but wasn’t visible on the outside). Thanks to his quick thinking and expertise, my home—and possibly much more—was saved from a disaster. And let’s not forget Pearl! She went above and beyond to help me navigate the warranty process making sure I had everything I needed. This dynamic duo knows their stuff inside and out while delivering top-tier customer service. Honestly, they’re a blessing! I truly appreciate their work and how easy they are to collaborate with. Highly recommend!

Pearl plumbing went above and beyond trouble shooting our plumbing needs before they even came to our house.
