Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I wanted to share that I recently experienced an issue where water was backing up and sitting in my double sink whenever I ran the dishwasher. I contacted Roto-Rooter and was promptly assisted. Oraine was assigned to handle the service call and arrived within an hour. He took the time to thoroughly assess and identify the issue, and resolved it efficiently without any problems. The entire process was handled in a clean and professional manner. I truly appreciate the prompt response and quality service provided.

We had plumbing issues with the kitchen sink and the repair guy did an excellent job unclogging all the drains including the pipes to the restrooms. Excellent services and he provided us a discount.

Oh the joys of a backed up toilet! I have this particular toilet that loves to get backed up, and i can usually clear out the toilet with a plunger and go on with my day. However this particular time I wasnt successful at all. I started with 1 plunger and thought we'll this is trash so then i grabbed a different one from the other bathroom but still nothing. I go to walmart and buy a fancier toilet plunger thinking mine are just cheap and crap.. still nothing! So now to lowes i go to buy an auger and I cant get this thing to go in the toilet line longer than a foot no matter what I try.. So finally i just give up and make the appointment with the plumber. My tech DELVIN shows up and is the most helpful and amazing tech! He first explains how my particular toilet is made and how it flows to help me understand why its backing up. He then clears out the toilet with his auger in no time and im just amazed at how easy it was for him! THEN this wonderful person shows me how to use the auger I bought for future use, and then we both decided the reason I was having issues is because the one I bought is made poorly. Even he struggled with it and that made me feel better than it wasn't just me! DELVIN went above and beyond to help me, with his work, with his guidance and general advice for me, and he doesn't know it but we were besties before he left! Thank you again, DELVIN!!
