Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I booked an appointment online for early Sunday morning just the day before. For no extra fee, the service technician came out as scheduled. Mac tech #3824 did a great job rodding a significant kitchen sink blockage that probably built up over the years. He had to rod it a few times for it to unblock. Other plumbers I called for an emergency weekend repair were unavailable. Very satisfied with the work done by Mac and would recommend to others.

Just had Mac stop by to clear out our sewer. He answered all of my questions and I feel like he went above and beyond any expectations I may have had. He got my sewer unclogged and making sure it flows properly. I would highly recommend Mac for your plumbing needs.

We called Roto-Rooter for help with our clogged toilet in our basement and our assigned technician named Mac arrived within 15 minutes of our call. He was more than accommodating and professional in identifying the issue (sewage main line clog) and thorough inspection of our entire water line. He worked tirelessly from his arrival in the morning (10am) until the entire issue was fixed around 3:45pm. The issues and repair work were: main sewer line blockage, clear thru basement clean out, shower drain stoppage, cable and cleared thru drain. He gave us a generous discount and ensured 6 months warranty. We will definitely work with him again, and we thank him for his professionalism and commitment to getting this resolved for us. We also want to thank the second technician Kyle who came out and helped conduct the camera work to view our piping situation. We are very happy with their service and will keep Roto-Rooter in mind for all our future plumbing and water cleanup needs.

Was charged $850 to snake the drain. Was told there would be a ton of baby wipes inside. I persisted that we've never put baby wipes in the toilet and got skeptical looks. The snake came out perfectly clean. Toilet still does not flush and he said he didn't know how to fix it. I paid $850 for less than an hours worth of work and to have them not solve the problem. Would not recommend.

Tony the supervisor figured out my issue super quick & was very accommodating. They came out the next day to perform the digging and pipe placement. 10/10.
