Paul did an outstanding job taking care of the work I needed done in my primary bathroom. He went above and beyond to resolve a few preexisting issues with the plumbing and everything came out perfect!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Called in the morning to schedule a tankless water heater service. Was given an appointment for the same day. Glenwood arrived within an hour and when was able to flush out my hot water heater. He was very thorough and explained what he did , and showed me all of the pictures. A+

I Had an issue with my plumbing. I wasn’t sure if it was plumbing or septic related. Called the office and they were very understanding and able to come out to the house the following day. My service pro Eric Walker Arrived on a timely manner He was very respectful and professional. I asked many questions. Eric answered each of my questions with a pleasant smile and an explanation that made me feel at ease. Another service pro arrived at the house for possible video of the septic/ litch field area. They were both very professional and found the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues. Cannot thank them enough for their services.

I was simply going to replace a toilet that wasn't emptying very well. I discovered the cause was a tree root. It looked like an Alien. I called my plumber, he said better call Roto Rooter. Glen and Drew came right out the next morning to remove the root, a couple feet long and the full diameter of the pipe, checked my system by video camera and found the entry point of the root and a bad section of pipe all the way out under my garage. They fixed both and added a 2 way cleanout, the builder hadn't done that back in 2000. Glen did a wonderful job carefully removing tile without breaking any, did the repair like a brain surgeon, put the tile back as it was and installed the toilet. Brilliant work. They cut a section of garage floor, replaced the bellied section of pipe and added the 2 way cleanout. All good now. Thank you. Oh..Kathy in the office, great communication skills..,nothing happens without that.

Eric Walker was our technician and did a fantastic job! He was on time, polite, friendly, thorough in his explanation of the work he was going to do, completely cleaned up the work site, and worked tirelessly most of a day. We would happily recommend Roto-Rooter and will certainly use them to complete a future project that we discussed with their engineer and may have done. Thank you, Eric!
