I had a pipe bust late in the evening and was spraying water everywhere. They came out quickly and communicated throughout the whole process of what was happening and the options I had to address the issue. I'm huge on communication so having them happily discuss everything in detail with me was fantastic. Ultimately they took care of the issue in a couple hours and actually cost me a little less than I expected. Highly recommended

Called Roto-Rooter early on 7/5 about a clogged Main line at my mother's home. I had attempted to fix the problem, but undoubtedly could not fix it. They took all of my information, and assured me that they could be there that afternoon. Right on time, they showed up. They introduced themselves with great attitudes and began asking about the problem and looking into the issue. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with everything. Once they determined what they needed to do, they went straight to work and finished in record time. Fast, Affordable, and Quality attitudes and services. Gary and Rita Patterson along with their Grandson-In-Law, Daniel Ortega are the Best at what they do. This is the first time we have needed their services, but we will definitely call on them if we ever have another issue. Thank you again for everything.

Our kitchen sink drain was completely stopped up, after many tries to unstop the blockage ourselves, we called Gary and Rita Patterson with Roto-Rooter. They came out as soon as our schedule would allow and were very professional and so nice. They fixed the problem and replaced both our sink strainers. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
