Eric call me on his way to tell me exactly when he would be here. I was able to explain what was happening before he arrived. He introduced himself and evaluated my situation. He looked at the clean out at the curb and saw water in the pipe. The blockage was out at the end of the main pipe leading to the street. He was able to open the blockage quickly and efficiently. He explained everything and cleaned everything up. Eric and Roto Rooter mad this disaster go away quickly. I asked him for a company that could clean and fix my home . He gave me the name of a restoration company that he knew of and there phone number. I am very pleased with the work that was done and how quickly they arrived on a Friday night on the start of a holiday weekend.

First time using Roto-Rooter and I had a great experience thanks to Tito. I’m pretty handy myself and had already tried unsuccessfully to unclog my kitchen sink, so I was curious to see how he was going to tackle the problem. Tito was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the process. He had the drain fixed in about 45 minutes, but what really impressed me was that during testing he noticed the line still wasn’t flowing the way it should. Instead of calling it “good enough,” he re-snaked the line to make sure it was fully cleared. Now the sink works like it did when we first bought the house. Excellent service and attention to detail.

I had a clogged branch of a sewer line that a kitchen sink and a laundry slop sink used exclusively. Technician was here within the hour, on a holiday no less, unclogged as good as new. Besides the quick service, the Technician, James, was personable, professional, and truly exemplified what customer service is all about.

Just before the Super Bowl my wife said,” Ed you really have to come down here and look at this,” I knew something was wrong. But, I couldn’t imagine how it was possible to have so many leaks. It was determined my waste line had frozen as it is closer to grade. But how in 26 years did this happen? When Jason arrived he methodically covered the basement floor with tarps, and then explained what he was going to do, and why. He was able to determine there was a blockage near the curb line that backed up the lines so all waste lines fill up to the first floor. As waste line backed up filling the line combined with freezing temperatures for a prolonged period of time the waste line froze. Jason made suggestions in his to prevent this from reoccurring. I highly recommend Jason and Roto-Rooter.

We are very pleased with the perfect & speedy service we experienced this morning. We called around 9:30 & Rob arrived around 10:30 in the promised time frame. He fixed our drain problem before noon. In addition Rob provided an explanation for our clog and some great advice. We were so happy that our drains now work great!
