After only a little over 4 years I needed to replace my leaking Rheem water heater so I called RossCo being that I prefer to use local companies whenever possible. I got the professional service I expect. They were out quickly for an inspection and quote. The price was reasonable and installed quickly with no messes left behind. Communication was good as I didn't have to chase anyone down to see where they were at in the process of anything. Thank you for the great service. Shout out to Jared and Prince!

Jake from Rossco Plumbing was absolutely amazing. He came all the way out to Orting for a very last-minute emergency plumbing issue we had, and his response time was incredibly quick. He was kind, professional, and very efficient. He handled everything right away and made a stressful situation so much easier. On top of that, he went above and beyond by providing all the information we needed for our insurance company, which was a huge help. I truly appreciated that he was willing to make the trip out to Orting and didn’t even charge us extra for it. I would highly recommend Jake and Rossco Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable, honest, and responsive plumbing services.
I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. They responded the same day and were very helpful and patient answering my questions. They came in to do a reseat of our toilet, and immediately identified the problem, discovering that our old cast iron pipe needed to be replaced with new ABS pipe. They did so at a reasonable price and when they left both areas were clean and tidy. I very much appreciate the work they did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
I would like to thank Richie, Jake and everyone with the company. I chose them because of their professionalism and promptness. They did a wonderful job on our sewer pipes. Our pictures made it on their website too : )
