I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this experience truly deserves recognition. There’s nothing I value more in a company than exceptional customer service, and my recent encounter reinforced that belief. Devaun Welch came to my home on Saturday evening, even after his shift had officially ended. He arrived promptly and went straight to work on the toilet pipe issue I was experiencing. Devaun proved to be incredibly professional and efficient, treating the problem with the seriousness it warranted. His respectful demeanor and extensive knowledge were impressive and highlighted the high standards that Rooter Engineering upholds. I'm genuinely thankful I found this service, and I feel compelled to share my experience for anyone out there seeking reliable help. Devaun conducted a thorough inspection of the plumbing system and was able to pinpoint the underlying issue quickly. He was attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring that I felt heard and understood. Before he left, he made certain that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate the care and effort he and the team put into making sure the situation was addressed properly. Shane came on short notice, same day and did a great job! After the inspection he gave us a thorough explanation of the issues that needed to be fixed and additional reccomendations. We were able to pick which services we wanted based on the information he provided. After, he did an additional walk through to make sure everything was working properly again and to ensurr nothing was over looked. I would definitely request for his help again!

Jed Beltran is absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance!! We had a shower/bathtub clog, and though we are on a septic tank property he was able to assist us with our issue. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he is an extremely hard worker. He cleared our clog, and even educated us on our pipes and our issues! He informed us on how our cast iron pipes catch easier than most, and after clearing our issue he was even knowledgeable enough to know what was a recent clog, and what may be attributed to previous home owners. Thanks Jed! He is seriously the best! Your company should seriously reward this guys for absolutely exceptional service!!!

The AI answering service asked if I was there 10 times. I hung up. Apparently there are no humans available to speak with.

Waste of time. The technician never showed up or called, so I had to call & the dispatcher apologized & rescheduled for me 4 times. Still technician never came or called

Not a good experience. RH responded quickly and fixed my water main leak on same day for $2800 +. Then my water bill went from $45 to $318. I get a notice from the water company that my water usage is unusually high. My ground around their repairs is soaking wet. I called RH back for a recall. In three days their foreman came out and advised me that I needed a whole line replacement for $14K!! Yikes! I told them to leave as I was going to get other estimates. An other company came out and repaired RH's repairs for $500. In my opion, Rooter Hero Company surely was taking advantage of the elderly. I believe RH over charged me for their original repair and they were trying to get much more dollars from me. Time to call the Licensing Board and the Better Business Bureau! A very dissatisfied customer.

Jed from Rooter Hero Plumbing was very professional and pleasant. For my scheduled appointment, he called early to let me know he would arrive in 15-20 minutes. He arrived promptly and told me the cost for the work before proceeding. It was a bit pricey even with a coupon. I agreed and he quickly went to work. I was pleased the with the service provided, water heater flushed. Jed said there was quite a bit of sediment collected. He recommended flushing be done every 1 to 2 years. Job well done but I recommend calling around for the price that is agreeable to you. In the long run, regular flushing preserves the life of the water heater and spares the expense of buying a new one.

A neighbor notified me of a sewage backup in my front lawn on Saturday night at 7:0pm. I contacted Roto Hero and within 15 minutes they had a technician call me for further information. Once I described to him that the sewer was at the edge of my lawn near the sidewalk and not at the sewer right next to my house, he advised that this was a city sewer problem rather than a homeowner problem. I really appreciate them giving me that advice. They could have easily dispatched a technician and billed me for a service call in which there would have been nothing they could do. Kudos to them for not taking advantage of a homeowner and being honest.

Rooter Hero was excellent, and they arrived earlier than scheduled! In addition to garbage disposal installation, they put in a new water supply line at no additional charge when they determined the one we had was leaking. Now the water pressure is correct again thanks to their water supply line replacement! Brandon did an amazing job and got the job done quickly and professionally. He also explained the entire process and asked for verbal consent prior to beginning the work. Thank you so much, Brandon, and Rooter Hero!

Second time using this company. James B was great. Explained what he was doing. Definitely stays on my list of trusted tradesmen. Great experience tonight. My daughter discovered a plumbing backup at 7:30 pm. They responded to her house quickly, were onsite and addressing the issue...finished by 9:30. The price was great. Highly recommended when you're in a jam.

Overcharged $2500+ for a pinhole leak in the ceiling. Technician misquoted $1500 for two 10 foot lengths of copper pipe when he only used maybe 2 feet of plastic pipe and a few connectors. Brought this up with management and no resolution yet. Got an independent review from a more reputable company and the market quote would’ve been half the cost.

Jacob and his partner arrived early, made the necessary repairs and vacuumed the room they were working in prior to leaving. They also ensured I was completely comfortable with the fix and encouraged me to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. 5 STARS from this now warm and cozy customer!!!

Michael Campbell was informative, honest, super friendly and provided quick, thorough service. He shared his knowledge of pipe and sewer systems that was very valuable for future reference. I will definitely recommend Rooter Hero after meeting Michael and for the work he did. Thanks again Michael!

Very fast response time, got clog fixed but could not resolve main plug. Hydro jet cleaned out line. Problems occurred following day with cameraman, very disappointed. However, excellent customer service to resolve the unfulfilled services. Five stars for Jeff zero for cameraman.

Kyle Koenig arrived at my house within 30minutes and quickly helped me find the source of the leak with professional skills. The excellent staff also patiently explained three different methods to me! I'm glad to have contacted Rooter Hero and it's worth recommending
