Mike did an amazing job helping us with a plumbing issue that ended up being much more complicated than we originally thought. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. On top of that, he was just genuinely friendly and easy to work with. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly skilled and great with customers. We’ve used this company before and have always had a good experience, and Mike is a big reason we’ll continue to use them for years to come. Highly recommend!

We had 2 of our shower handle cartridges replaced by Mike. He's a down to earth guy and very easy to talk too. He explained everything to me and I also knew quite a few things that he worked on. He also gave me some good advice about some questions I had. He is very professional and we thank you for an awesome job you did! You Rock! 5 stars for us!

I recently had Roots Busters out for a plumbing issue, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice to work with. No upsell pressure, just honest recommendations. He even helped me keep costs reasonable by suggesting the most practical and durable solution instead of the most expensive one. Phil came out and addressed my lack of hot water pressure due to an issue caused by another plumber. Not only did he present me with the solution that worked, but he took the time to field all my questions and walk me through the problem-solving process. I was quoted by a different plumber for an entirely different set of fixes (at 9x the cost) that wouldn’t have ultimately addressed my issue. I’m so glad I called RootBusters to fix my issue. Phil installed a new cold water shutoff at the hot water heater (which the prior plumber broke and did not inform me about), and leveled out the pipes so that any incoming pressure issues could be avoided in the future. He also flushed the tank, cleaned the hot water side out, and added a new dielectric union on the cold water side. It was very easy and fast to set up the appointment through Thumbtack and my issues were fixed very quickly. We tested the whole house before he left. Would definitely recommend again.

We had tree roots poking through a line going through to our kitchen and our sink was backing up and very slow to drain. We called that night at 11:30 and I can't remember the name but the lady was super nice and helpful at finding a time for us to get someone in the next day even though I said it wasn't an emergency. The technician who ended up being named Andrew was a great guy and explained everything in depth to us. He was pretty quick and was very considerate about not making a mess and making sure we knew what was going on. He made sure to reiterate the price ahead of time before work was started. Thank you so much for the detailed explanation of every step of the process. My wife and I definitely found out who we will keep going to for any plumbing issues! Definitely one of the best companies we have worked with overall. You will not regret working with this company if you need a great plumber.
