Bill came to my house to connect a hose for water to my new refrigerator. He and his son have been my plumber for 3 years when I moved to Salt Lake City. I could not be more happy to have them in my life when I need plumbing, heating or otherwise. They are the nicest people to deal with. They provide honesty, integrity and dependability with their service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hardworking, trusting plumbing team. They have helped me many times in the past. I am more than happy with their services.

I couldn’t get the pilot light to ignite on my water heater. Kyle with Rocket was at my house within an hour of calling. He assessed the situation and gave me options/pricing for repair with the option of replacing if I preferred. As the water heater was quite old I decided to replace it. The new heater was installed that day. The company arranged inspection/permit with the city. They even hauled off the old equipment and cleaned up. Fair pricing, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Kyle returned my after hours call and stopped by my rental. He explained the problem with the hot water tank, gave me an estimate and set a time for the following day. He was quick, friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything and sent photos, since I am out of town. Rocket was fast, reasonable and dependable. They gave me a much needed referral for other work I need done. They will be my go to plumber for any future needs.

Edit: 12/1/2025 Super happy with Rocket. They came out and did a superb job in replacing my old HVAC with a high efficiency furnace and heat pump setup. Looks great, performs great. After ironing out a few initial kinks it is running like a dream. Great included labor warranty that beats anyone in the valley. Received multiple quotes and the value from Rocket beats them all. I can’t say enough about Kyle and the rest of the guys. Definitely a strong recommend from me. Original Review: These guys are great. Kyle took care of our Rheem warranty repair when the original company (a competitor also listed as a pro on the Rheem website) that did the water heater swap failed to commit to their labor warranty. The original company wanted to charge us labor and also get compensated by Rheem. Kyle diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Will see if it lasts but if the problem is the Rheem unit then will likely go with a Bradford White or a tankless unit from this same company. Honest, great prices, and they don’t just try to do things to get money out of you. I’m a fan of this family run company that still operates the way all service companies should. Will use as my go to plumber going forward.

Rocket Plumbing is amazing. They are trustworthy, work hard, and make sure things are fixed. I've used them many times. They put in a new sink (at half the price of another plumber), they fixed my toilet - which for many many years had issues and other plumbers could never get it working properly. Rocket was smart enough to go in my basement and look at the pipe coming from the toilet and found that they used the wrong pipe so that the water could not flow properly. I just had them come back to look at my furnace. I have it installed by another company years ago and it never worked right and the house was always cold. They looked and discovered that it wasn't calibrated properly and fixed it and now my house is warm. Their pricing is very very fair - the best in the market. Best of all, they actually FIX things, which in my previous experience with other plumbers, has not been the case. I live in an old house and I keep Rocket Plumbing on speed dial!!!!!

Last Friday I suddenly had a kitchen sink that was clogged; no water drainage at all. I had had Rocket Plumbing do some work for me in the past so I called them. One of them was at my house in less than an hour! (I know that won't always be the case) He snaked the kitchen sink drain but to no avail. He told me that I would have to call someone with more specialized equipment. I asked for a recommendation and he gave me the name of a company he thought could help. I was not charged for the attempted clog removal. He said if he couldn't get it done, there would be no charge. Thumbs up to a company that didn't charge for a job not accomplished, then making a referral to someone else. Next to actually getting the work done, that was the nicest way to make a customer happy.

I had bids from four companies. Rocket's bid was competative and Rocket has done work for me before. They finished my job on 11/18/25 and worked until 7:30 P.M. to insure that I would have my furnace replaced and I would have heat. Rocket explained the different kinds of furnaces (two or one stage) and how the furnace and thermostate worked. Rockert emailed me forms to insure that I could apply for a tax credit which will be going away on 12/31/25. They also told me about rebates from providers that I was not aware of and Rocket offered interest free financing. I am very happy with the expertise, knowledge enthusiasm and workmanship of Rocket Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning.

These men saved me! No Hot water in my home when I was going to take a shower to go to work in the morning!!!! I am a nurtse and I need a shower!!!! I called them and by bedtime, I have hot water! YAY!!!! I asked about the on demand hot water heater and they knrew exactly how to get what I wanted. And even better, they made sure I knew about the energy rebates to file for! YES! They were tidy, but down drop cloths and even better, when they made a little error, they made it RIGHT! They told me about it and made sure everyuthing was correct and honesty is the BEST policy! We laughed about it together!!!!

I am super happy that I discovered Rocket Plumbing, heating and air! Kyle was super nice and friendly. He really took time to explain everything to me about the furnace part that needed fixing. He also took the time to figure out and look up the warranty information on the part, which ended up still being under warranty. And so I was only charged for the cost of labor, Which the cost felt reasonable. He also took time to examine the water heater to ensure everything was good with it. I will definitely be saving their contact for future help when it comes to plumbing, heating or air!

I've had Rocket Plumbing fix plumbing problems for me three times now and every time they did a fantastic job! I have a summer home in Wasatch County and after opening up the place this spring after winter, I discovered 4 or 5 plumbing leaks and problems. Rocket Plumbing fixed them all in a few hours and everything has worked great since they came. They also advised me about several things I can do to avoid the same problems next winter. Bill and RJ were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them for any problem.

Super friendly, local, helpful and went above and beyond to help me when my furnace stopped working. They even offered to loan me some space heaters since they were unable to come to my house the following day. That blew me away!! They were so incredibly thoughtful and caring. I was also able to schedule quickly during a busy time of year. This is a family-run business that has excellent pricing and honest service. Living in an old house, I will be sure to call Rocket again for any furnace repairs I may need in the future!

Kyle and his team are great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking. We found out we had several holes in our heat exchanger and that our furnace needed to be replaced. They were one of the quotes we got for a replace and they were $600 cheaper than the closest bid with a great high efficient unit. They were the only one that offered to get it inspected by the city and pointed out the $300 rebate for the furnace. They did great work and I will be calling again if I need work done.

I needed an emergency water heater put in. I took several bids and not only did Rocket Plumbing, come in at the most reasonable I was really impressed by the service man that showed up. Very courteous and gave quick information. Kyle, the owner?, Answered all my questions and explained all the costs. I actually mentioned rocket plumbing to another service that had done a bid and they even told me how much they like that company. I would highly recommend it
