Ben was great. He did everything he could to help get the frozen pipe thawed. And he also checked in with me the next morning! Finally, the cold water pipe thawed and was going strong (the hot water pipe had been ok). All the plumbers and their apprentices that have been to my home (for whatever plumbing reason) have been great….Always courteous, friendly, thorough and they all informed me of what’s going on. I highly recommend Robinson Plumbing and continue to do so with my friends and acquaintances.

My experience with Robinson Plumbing was excellent. Ben was the plumber who did the work. He was able to get to my house earlier than expected and did a great job with removing my leaking water heater and replacing it with a new water heater. The work was completed in a professional manner in a reasonable amount of time. I now have a plumbing company that I can call if needed in the future and be assured that they will get the job done to a high standard at a reasonable price.

We've had Robinson out a handful of times to improve our plumbing and each time I'm left extremely satisfied. We've had a new hot water heater and water softener + filter installed and have had a positive experience each time. We'll be continuing to use Robinson, though hopefully we won't need them!

The lady answering the phones is very unprofessional. Always sounds like her whole world is falling apart around her. Very little to no help..... unless of course u call after hours when they double their rates.

We contacted Robinson Plumbing about a leak we had as water was dripping from the bathroom into the kitchen. They sent out Cody who inspected the plumbing for about 5 minutes, never bothering to even turn the water on, and told us he knew exactly what the problem was. He quoted us $895 and stated that the repairs would fix all leaking. He also stated he would caulk the tub surround for us as well. They arrived to start the repairs and failed to deliver on every promise that their website makes. The repair took longer than promised. The spotless cleanup they advertise was anything but spotless. There were chunks of dry wall on top of and behind the stove from the ceiling that they cut away while repairing the plumbing. The floors were left incredibly dirty because they wore their booties outside, thus turning them into sneakers and no longer protective booties, thus dragging dirt everywhere. Despite the sloppy cleanup job, we hoped that the leak had been adequately repaired. Unfortunately, the leak still leaked. Despite waiting the required time for the caulk to dry the leak began again as soon as we turned on the shower. I immediately called the emergency line. Despite speaking with the operator several times, it took over an hour for Matt Robinson to call me back. I told Matt that the leak had not been repaired and asked that he send someone out to fix it as soon as possible. Matt and his new employee Mike arrived to fix the leak the next day. After examining the plumbing for a few minutes, Matt determined that we needed to replace the cold water valve stem. He also noticed that there was water leaking from the ceiling vent because his employee Dylan had damaged the vent when he was doing the repairs the preceding day. Matt told us that he would have Dylan come back to the house and fix the vent he had damaged. This is the same vent that Dylan stated didn't need to be repaired during his initial visit. Matt also insisted that we replace the faucets, even though the faucets weren't leaking, stating the hot water valve stem was old and needed to be replaced. I was hesitant, but Matt stated that we needed to replace the faucets, which were not leaking, because according to him they may leak in the future. He quoted a price of $595 to replace the faucets. The $895 we were quoted to fix all leaks was now up to $1490 and the leak is still not fixed. This is not acceptable to us to incur any other charges for the same leak he quoted us to fix at $895. It should have been only $895 for the leak to be fixed, after all that's what they said when they quoted me initially, not to mention the leak is not fixed. When he was supposed to come out to warranty the work, because he claims his work is warranted for one year, and because the pipe was still leaking where it was initially leaking, he tried to sell me something new each time he came out, first the faucets and then the tub surround, stating each time that the leak would not stop unless additional repairs were made. He basically wanted to remodel our entire bathroom every time he came out for the warranty to fix the initial leak that we called him out for in the first place. Days later, we noticed that there was still leaking when we turned on the shower. We immediately contacted Matt who was not only unapologetic, but he made a sarcastic comment that we were the ones causing the issue by being hard on the faucets, which is definitely not the case. Matt offered to have Dylan come out to fix the leak. Since Dylan is the one who did not complete the repair job correctly in the first place, we told Matt that we were not comfortable having Dylan come out and asked that he send a more experienced plumber. Matt stated that Dylan was the only one available on the weekend and we would have to wait until Monday for the leak to be repaired. We called him out because the pipe was still leaking and he warrantees the work, because now water was leaking around the faucets he had just replaced and our old faucets did not leak. Days later, Mike arrived to fix the leak. We showed Mike that the faucets needed to be recaulked as there was a visible space around the faucet. Mike recaulked around both faucets and then left. Mike reiterated that we should replace the tub surround, even though their initial estimate said nothing about the tub surround being the cause of the leak or needing to be replaced. Mike returned unexpectedly and asked me to sign a work order stating that he had recaulked the faucets but if the leak reoccurred, they would not come out to repair it. I refused to sign and told Mike that they guaranteed their work for a year and that refusing to do so was a violation of that guarantee. Mike stated not to bother calling them if the leak reoccurs because Robinson Plumbing would not come out to repair it or stand behind their warranty. Robinson Plumbing charged us $895 for pipes that did not need to be replaced and failed repeatedly to fix the leak.

I just received the installation of a tankless water heater. Cannot speak for the water heater just yet. This review is about the contractor Robinson Plumbing. Water heater failed Saturday. Called Sunday and a human being answered the phone. Matt Robinson called back within 30 minutes. Discussed and explained all options available. I went and did my research on the Internet. Called a few other services. Did not hear from anyone until Monday morning. My 1st phone call Monday morning however was from Matt that he was sending over his plumber Mike Burnabe to review the situation because I have made the decision to purchase a tankless water heater instead of the old-style. Mike was extremely professional and courteous. He was also considerate enough to wear covers for his boots at all times. They installed the new tankless heater same day Monday. Mike performed the install with Cody and was completed by 4:30 PM. This is what all service professionals should be. This is the same service I give them my business that I seldom receive in return from others. If the water heater is anything like the service I received from the contractor I will be a very happy person. Will update in a few months after living with the new water heater. You cannot go wrong with this contractor they are truly a professional operation all the way through.

Robinson Plumbing was referred to me by a person/friend who had work done by them at their residence in the past. We had several issues which included a leaky toilet; poor water pressure in both upstairs showers; and needing help in choosing new shower heads in addition to finding a solution to the very poor water pressure. I was very impressed by the following: the quick response in Robinson sending out someone to review and address our issues; knowledge of what the poor water pressure issues actually were; the ability to address the toilet issue immediately; and provide an estimate for the remainder of the repairs before leaving on their first visit. Also impressive was Donna who does not schedule the follow-up appointment until all parts are delivered and checked so that the Robinson repair people are showing up with everything they need. Shout out to EJ Daniel who fixed the toilet issue immediately; and EJ and Oscar who completed the more completed plumbing solution on both showers upstairs along with addressing the water pressure issue. The house was left clean and tidy after each repair; EJ, Daniel and Oscar with awesome individuals; and all communication with the office was professional and pleasant. Robinson with be my first call for all plumbing projects/issues! Thanks for a GREAT job!!

When my water heater randomly stopped working on a Saturday morning, I called Robinson's Plumbing. Josh called me back within the hour. Although he was extremely busy and already booked up for the day, he agreed to come once the other jobs were done. Josh updated me several times during the day with his progress and when he expected to arrive. Upon arrival, Josh and Javier took their time to carefully inspect the existing unit and gave me several suggestions for repair/replacement. Both took the time to explain everything that was wrong with the current model, how they would take it out and what they would replace it with. They were both extremely patient and kind in the process, answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood everything. The replacement went smoothly and they removed the old one and cleaned up the area beautifully. During each step of the process, they were willing to stop and explain what they were doing and even checked to make sure that the breaker and other connections were sound. They turned a nerve wracking experience into a positive one! I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing service!

I will state up front that I know Matt Robinson socially. That said, he's not the only plumber I know. But Matt Robinson is the plumber I call when I need a plumber. He is very good: Extremely reliable, completely honest and reasonably priced. So, I am not a shill for Robinson Plumbing, I am a genuinely satisfied customer. My water heater died, so I called Robinson Plumbing to arrange for installation of a new water heater. Because of my work schedule, I asked if the work could be done on a weekday evening, and they were able to accommodate my request without charging extra. They installed a new 75 gallon water heater to replace my broken 40 gallon water heater. They re-did the venting from the water heater to the chimney, and they took away the old water heater. They arrived on time, did the work I was expecting to have done, cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly polite. I don't recommend Robinson Plumbing because I know Matt Robinson. I recommend Robinson Plumbing because I know that they are a great operation.

My wife and I have used Robinson Plumbing several times in the last 16 years. Matt and all of his assistants and apprentices have always been polite, friendly, detail-oriented, and quick to show up and efficient on the job. I answered honestly that we spent over a thousand dollars on this visit, which included rebuilding and reseating two 16-year-old toilets. Yes, it was expensive, but it was no more expensive than other licensed plumbers in the area, and it is that license and experience that make it more expensive than a DIY project, which doesn’t include a warranty that Robinson does provide. I have seen Matt grow his business in the 16 years I have lived in the Lehigh Valley, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the work done well and right the first time. We have had Robinson out for our water heater in the past, sink/faucet repairs and replacement, as well as a shower repair - they have never disappointed.

I would like to thank Robinson Plumbing from the bottom of my heart for being so honest. We recently purchased a home in Bethlehem Twsp and discovered that our sewer line was backing up. We had Roto-Rooter to our home on 3 separated occasions and they charged us each time for the work they had done. The problem was still not fixed. Their last resort to us was to have excavation done-they drew up a contract within the same day and sent it over for a signature. They were charging me over $4200-plus I would of had to pay for a permit. Cody came to my home and spent maybe 2 hours and fixed the issue. He is a very professional and hard working young man! He did not stop working until he was able to resolve this problem. Cody saved my husband and I over $4k!! Thank you for being so honest with us and saving us the headaches that we were about to endure. We have been stressed since we first heard how much this work was going to cost us.

Sewer back up is no joke. First week in my new home and panic strikes. I called these guys and within 30 minutes the tech, Dylan (also sweetest person ever) had called, assured me it would all be ok and he'd be there as soon as he could. In my experience soon as I can sometimes be hours and I couldn't believe it when he called back saying he'd be there in ten minutes. These things are usual stressful and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. FLAWLESS experience. Robinson, 5 star company with even better employees. Dylan, I hope you see this, you Are AMAZING! Sooooo friendly super kind and my dog who barks at everyone when they come in, absolutely loved Dylan. Just gave him a hug and loved on him. Seriously, amazing employee right there. Thank you so much for making this once stressful Sunday, relaxing. Anyone in need of a plumber, don't think twice about who to call.

Called Robinson's because of a leak discovered in basement. Donna in office was very professional and helpful in getting us scheduled with a tech as soon as possible. Dylan & Adam came to the house exactly on time and had even left a text messages to let us know when they were on their way and when they arrived at the house. They were polite, professional, considerate. They slipped on different shoes to protect our floors. They quickly identified the problem and made recommendations for repair and gave us a reasonable quote to fix it. They left to get parts, replaced piping and added new shut off valve so we could turn water off to refrigerator until an appliance repairman could get here. They even emailed us photos of the work done so we could have it for our records. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I recently had Robinson Plumbing replace my water heater and install a new water softener, neutralizer and whole-house filter. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. The technicians, Josh, Javier and Gavin, were outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I always knew what was being done and why. The quality of their work speaks for itself. Everything was done to the highest standard. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you receive. You truly get what you pay. If you're looking for a plumbing company you can trust to do the job right, look no further than Robinson Plumbing. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will absolutely be calling them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

We had a problem with water backing up in our daughter's basement. Called a few plumbers but nobody returned our calls or could not come out today. Called Robinson plumbing who said they could send somebody today. Cody called us when he arrived. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. He gave some recommendations on what could be done as, of course, the water wouldn't back up while he was there, some changing of the existing plumbing. After he left we had to dump a large amount of water in the drain. Now it backed up. Cody returned a short while later and snaked the outside drain. He was efficient and courteous. He let us know the cost before he did anything. Would highly recommend. Robinson plumbing should be proud to have Cody as an employee.
